. The insurance i had taken out when i bought the car2.5 years ago was for 3 years. Within 3 days of contacting Maria and Charlotte at the Insurance company they helped me with advice as to how to go about getting a diagnostic check to discover where the the fault was . I followed their advice the fault was found. They then spoke to the garage direct and arranged for the repair to be undertaken and to pay the garage direct . From start to finish I had no stress was treated well. So glad I took out the policy to protect for mechanical and electric faults for 3 years from the purchase of the vehicle many thanks .

My car broke down, garage called TMO and Luke called me same day, claim agreed with garage, Luke was really helpful guiding me through the Warrantky claim and helped to organise the whole thing within an hour, very happy with TMO and in particular Luke who helped me at this very difficult time.
