I wish I could leave a zero for tireplus off of 41 in land o lakes. I was driving to work and got a nail stuck in my tire. I stopped by tire plus and I asked if they could just patch the tire for me bc I know it usually only takes 15-20 min. He told me he was too busy today that he had a guy call out. I was like well I can’t leave here sir my tire is completely flat at this point now because it was leaking fast. He told me all I can do is put air in it. Another customer behind me asked me if I had a spare I said yes and the employee said again all I can do is put air in it. I said what if I have a blow out on the side of the road and get into an accident ? He didn’t say anything back. I felt so unsafe leaving here. I will never go back to this place again.
Terrible management at Tire Plus in Pewaukee
Tire Plus in Pewaukee Wisconsin is terrible! Very poor customer service. I recently moved to Pewaukee from Illinois and was in need of a front end alignment and wheel balancing. I made an online appointment on their website and received a reservation number. The reservation stated that if for some reason my appointment could not be honored, I would be contacted and advised. They had my email and telephone number. I took a 4 hours of vacation time to make my 1:00 appointment. When I arrived at Tire Plus, the manager said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed her my reservation with the reservation number in the confirmation I received on my cell phone. She saw that the reservation was for an alignment and balancing. She stated “Oh, I didn’t accept that appointment because wheel alignment’s take too much time”. I replied that “the appointment confirmation states you would contact me if you couldn’t honor my appointment”. The manager stated “I’m here by myself, I didn’t have time to contact you.
I don’t know how anyone could manage a business like that and still be in business. Very irresponsible manager. I would recommend you avoid this place.
Dropped tire for flat repair
Dropped tire for flat repair, took all day. Dropped in morning and went back around 4:30 pm. Tire wasn’t ready, manager said we don’t have the staff.
Finally 30 mins later they gave me back, took home installed on car. Next morning flat again

Needed a tire fixed or replaced on a jeep. They refused to replace a tire because of 4 wheel drive. The jeep is not all wheel drive. i called another place and they fixed it right away.
I came here for ac problem
I came here for ac problem , was told it just needed Freon , got Freon and was told it’s the condenser , had 9 am appointment and came at 8:20 am. Was told it was going to be fixed once I got the new condenser , got done with car at 2:30 and when I drove it 10 minutes down the street the ac was still blowing hot. Came back at 2:44pm and was told it maybe the sensor. Sensor arrived at 5:17pm and was told at 5:40 that’s not the problem. I was told to come back at 8am to replace compressor cause that’s for sure the problem now (possible bs) it’s not 10:12am been waiting two hours and being told my part will be here at 1pm. I just told them I can’t stay all day !!! At this point I told them to put my old compressor back in and give me a refund. 700$ paid and time wasted for NOTHING ! Not I have to wait 2 more hours for that to be done !
Simple Tire Rotation leaves me with hundreds in damages
So to start off with I brought my car in and dropped it off and walked to a nearby panera. After about three hours I finally decided to call and see if my rotation had been done or if I had more time to kill. Valerie Portalatin answered the phone and put me on hold. After about 5 minutes of classical music she picked up again and said that they just finished working on my vehicle and I could come to pick it up. When I got there an associate went to look for my paperwork. After a few minutes he came back to tell me that in fact my car was not ready, and that they haven’t even started working on it yet. Frustrated, but understanding, I sat down in their waiting room and waited another 40 minutes.
My car was finally done. And normally I would let this go, and continue about my day; however, just wait to hear what happens next.
I get in my car and start to drive off. I notice it feels a little strange. Like one of my wheels is bumpy, wobbly almost. But i thought maybe its just the road, and kept driving. I only live about 7 minutes away, and for that entire drive I tried to convince myself that my car was fine.
I get home and immediately start examining my wheels. Right away I see A WHOLE CHUNK OF RUBBER sticking up. 1. Ive never seen this before. 2. All I was thinking about was how I absolutely should have trusted my gut when I felt the car was off. After closer examination I see a prominent deep scratch on my rim right next to the rip in the rubber.
A little bit of context: My car is a 2017 Camry and I just got new wheels put on about 2 months ago.
I have had a bent rim before from driving over a curb and have had to get it replaced. The moment it happened, I knew instantly. And I absolutely 100% remember all of the curbs I hit. (Which hasn’t happened in years.)
So I immediately call tires plus lake mary. Valerie Portalatin answers and I inform her that I am on my way back to the store so they can see the damage. There wasn’t a doubt in my mind that something happened during my tire rotation which damaged my wheel. She says okay and hangs up.
When I get into the store, it is completely empty, not a “sales teammate in sight”
Once the service manager sees me, Brandon Bailey, he comes out from the back and asked me what the issue is. I tell him that you just serviced my car and my wheel is damaged.
When we go outside to see my car, he starts speaking down to me like I am incompetent. He quickly states that I “must’ve hit a curb.” This rude, and sexist comment made me start shaking with anger. I repeatedly explained that a curb would not slice through a tire with a curve. Its simply not logical, nor plausible in my situation. Brandon Bailey continues to argue with me and states that the damage to my wheel is “impact damage”. And then he assumed I didnt know what a tire rotation was so he began acting out how it works. He mocked me as he gestured the removal and attachment of tires and then stated “You just don’t understand but a rotation wouldn’t cause that.”
WHICH 100% A normally conducted tire rotation would not cause that. Something I am fully aware of. However since there IS damage to my wheel, then CLEARLY someone made a mistake.
Regardless, after our dispute, he reluctantly said he would file a “claim” of some sort. He took 2 poor pictures on his personal phone of my wheel and then printed out another copy of my invoice and walked away. He probably trashed it later and never did anything with my “claim” I left angry and determined to get my wheel fixed.
I called corporate and filed a real claim.
I am getting the damages appraised and I will absolutely get compensation for the damages caused.
As for Brandon Bailey, I hope you learn how to act respectfully and professionally when interacting with customers. I believe the way you handled the situation was absolutely disgusting. You lied and were trying to manipulate me based off my appearance. You have completely underestimated me.

Tires plus Zephyrhills FL
Tires plus Zephyrhills FL, They replaced my tire a few months ago, along with valve stems and sensors. We took it in 3 weeks ago for tire rotation and alignment. The lug nuts were loose and 2 tire’s almost came off and the tire light was on. When we contacted them they claimed it was not them and the sensor was bad. It just needed air but they were to lazy. They also refused to replace the missing lug nuts claiming someone else did it, but they have been the only ones to touch my car in the last 2 years.

I would give 0 stars if I could! I had made an appointment for today at 11:30am on the phone with Justin or Jason last week. He quoted me about $85.00 for a full synthetic oil change. When I arrived at Tires Plus Lake worth on Rt. 441, I was told that there wasn’t an appointment and was questioned by the manager about who I spoke to and was told there was no record of the appointment. I showed the mgr. the record of the call on my phone. He then told me that the quote was “impossible “ and that a synthetic oil change for my car would cost me $156.00 and that was with a discount coupon. I have been a customer here for years, have purchased tires, alignments, had tire rotations, and a previous oil change. This is NOT the first time that there are discrepancies between prices quoted and prices charged! It Will be the last time! I was treated disrespectfully and with no caring! Potential customers take heed!!
Rude and liars
Jose the service manager does not know how to run a shop and while he is busy doing other stuff, my oil change took almost an hour and a half, with an appointment and one other car in the shop. After oil change and tire rotation my vehicle almost dies when started and they lied that it was having issues prior, and writing fake notes on the recommendation page, in which the technician told me otherwise. Tools left under my hood, washer fluid left empty and then Jose yelling , shaking a pry bar at us and antagonizing my husband to do something, and be his guest to call management. I realize staffing is tough but really?! Taking my business elsewhere and closing my credit card with them!
Excellent Service
I brought my vehicle into Tires Plus yesterday after blowing my tire on the highway. They were swamped, being nearly the only business open on Sundays. They made sure to get me in as soon as they could and within 2 hours had my tire fixed and I was on my way. The customer service was great, and the quality was great. Mark and his team did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend Tires Plus!

For decades, car repair services have literally been a license to steal. The 2 worst companies are Tire's Plus and Aamco. Although I have found Tire's Plus in general a shady felonious company, I direct my accusations toward the Carrollwood location. Never a straight answer, minor repairs turned into major financial scams. They take advantage of customer's lack of car knowledge to pad the bill. This isn't an isolated incident but a constant problem. One that has led to a petition signed by present and past customers as well as former employees that has been officially turned over to The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as well as the Attorney General.
One confident and inappropriate agent
I scheduled and went for tire rotation and balancing. The job was not performed and I was attempting to leave when the two people behind the counter came out to my car and the woman threatened to call the police if I did not sign the paper work. So I went in to sign the paper work I was not handed a pen. My paper work was still sitting on the counter. I said this is my paper work, give me a pen and i WILL SIGN IT. The lady said that is not my paper work dening twice that is was not my paper work but I could clearly read that it was my paper work my car information is on the paper. I hel it up so she could see the paper,. She stepped back I tossed the paper toward her. then she exclaimed that I Assaulted her. "That is not assault." I said and I left. I called corporate regarding the interactions and the manager of the store called me and his reaction was.
I am sorry for the problem. I will speak to the woman. I hope you have a nice day.
I got no resolution to what happened.
I recieved no sort of restitution for the emotional termoil I suffered because this woman's threats.

Ironically this is the culture it has happened many times with different people. Tire plus encourages this.
excellent visit
After a visit to tires plus a brake issue was discovered. I made an appointment for the next week and in a relatively short time my car was ready. Always enough people at the desk. Jimy helped me and had a lot of knowledge on the process. my car was done quickly. I will go back to them and will tell my friends to go there
I took my car in for wheel balance and had to be returned
I took my car in for wheel balance and after I got it back the car bounced as I drove the car. After I took it back to have the wheel balance corrected, they informed me the tire balancing machine needs to be calibrated. So that means when they did the balancing first it wasn't calibrated. Not pleased with this poor service.
