Easy to use, online, and fast.

We are just scratching the surface of what all TimeSolv can do. I love the resources available from articles to an actual live person walking you through each step. There is a learning curve but the support is terrific.

TimeSolve is a relatively easy program to use. Once the bugs are out it should be close to perfect.

Overall, this is a good product with easy time tracking abilities. There is room for development on some features, especially for one off billing and setup situations. Access to support is easy, and generally they can answer issues quickly. I would like to see more reports developed and a better onboarding system for people brand new to the system. This has a user friendly and updated feel. Basics of the system are very easy to learn. I like ability to add suggestions of enhancements to the system.

For the most part I enjoy using TimeSolv for time tracking. It is easy to use and navigate. I also enjoy having an application on my phone that allows me to keep track of my time when I am away from my computer.

Is not an easy product to use and could be simplified to fix this problem. I will say, however, that the customer service support has been excellent and is perhaps the best part of the product.
