I work with TimeSolv every day in my practice and it has proved to be a simple and effective way to keep track of my time. I would recommend it to anyone in the practice of law.

TimeSolv is very user friendly and interfaces well with NetDocs.

I use TimeSolv for work on a daily basis. It is extremely easy to use. I love that I can go in and edit time entries as the day changes. I also love that it is so easy to access from the bookmark bar. I would recommend it to all companies looking for software.

I like the way I can edit the entries, go back to previous dates, adjust the time, and see my totals. Wish it was an app where I did not have to login every day.

Keeping my Time is no longer a chore. TimeSolv is so user-friendly. My Time is often start-and-stop, and it's incredibly easy to pop over to TimeSolv throughout the day as I do hourly work that needs to be tracked. It makes inputting and editing my Time so simple. Nothing but great things to say about TimeSolv!

Simply put, TimeSolv has revolutionized time entry and billing tasks for me. It has saved me hours upon hours in doing my billing each month. It has a lot of great features and is easy to learn and use. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding!

I only wish the curser started at the end of the generated code/description where I type my details

Great product. User Friendly and a must-have for any firm. One of the best decisions we have made. It has allowed us to catch time we missed.

I prefer TimeSolv over any other software I've used thus far. It's quick and intuitive.

The law firm I work for just made the switch from MyCase to TimeSolv. So far, however, I've been unimpressed. Before I continue listing the pros and cons, I have to mention our initial experience with porting data over from our prior software, MyCase. The TimeSolv sales rep we corresponded with initially represented that they would port all of our case data over from MyCase to TimeSolv, but, after we signed on, we were informed that they could only migrate "active" cases. Skip ahead a few weeks and now they tell us that they can only migrate data that we provide to them in CSV format, which means we have to either generate those reports ourselves or manually re-input everything. This is coupled with the fact that what cases they did migrate didn't include contact information for case parties and some were improperly indexed. That out of the way, on to the pros and cons:

Pros
-TimeSync. TimeSolv's desktop timing app lets you keep several timers open at the same time. MyCase only allows three at any given time.
-Quickbooks integration.
-Detailed billing reports. Appears more robust than MyCase.
-Dedicated "Help" button which provides tutorials for TimeSolv.

Cons
- Unintuitive. The UI is very clunky compared to any other legal software I've used. Just to setup an invoice and to process a payment requires navigating three different tabs. Just the general aesthetic is very bare bones.
- Technical limitations/glitches. On multiple occasions, I've had to log out and back in to TimeSolv in order to see new cases or time entries added by other users. For whatever reason, said entries wouldn't sync until I manually logged off.
- Important features not accessible on all account levels. Most of the helpful reports that you can generate with TimeSolv are not accessible unless you have an admin level account.

TimeSolv streamlines the billing process.

TimeSolv is easy and practical to use. Billing work hours has never been easier! I like the option of manually entering your time as well as the option to use a timer. TimeSolv has saved our firm a lot of time and hassle when it comes to billing. Thank you!

I love how user friendly this software is!! Anyone can easily adjust to using this. The layout is very clear and professional, and the support team is amazing.
Would absolutely recommend!

This was a good program but I wish it had a real time time clock. Overall it was a good experience.

We switched over to Timesolv, very easy transition. No problems with the site.
