No problems, easy to use.

How do I use the clock button? I have tried using it a few times by clicking on it when I begin a specific project but when I finish and click on the clock button it still keeps running.

Simply works! No crashes, gets the job done.

I am very pleased with TimeSolv. I appreciate never having to print a bill in order to proof it on the screen; and loading time is very easy as well. Keep up the good work!~

I am very happy with this software. It replaced an old version of Timeslips and works even better in some respects. I had some difficulty setting it up, but their customer service is excellent and they were able to help me solve my problems and even issues regarding integration with CounselLink.

Thus far I find the software very simple to use and it has been more efficient for my practice. I also find the folks in support extremely helpful as well.

As a new fiduciary I searched through a lot of software options. TimeSolv makes the most sense to me, it's very intuitive. I also really appreciate being able to schedule time with my specialist Shay, when I can't quite figure out what I'm doing.

Very friendly - very ehlpful - easy to use

I just moved to Timesolv and unfortunately I’m finding some very frustrating holes in the system for our company’s needs. Hopefully my suggestions will be implemented if not this may be the only year we use Timesolv

Great features and great customer service / training.

We switched to TimeSolv at the beginning of the year and have been so happy with it. Our prior timekeeping program was not cloud based, so the switch saved us during the Pandemic shutdown when working offsite. The tutorials are so helpful and when we have needed technical support, the response is almost immediate. We would definitely recommend TimeSolv to any law firm wanting a intuitive timekeeping system with an electronic payment platform.

This is a comprehensive, easy to use, law firm billing software that does everything that it should do, very very well. If you need a time tracking platform that easily manages invoices, billing, payments, and trust accounts, I highly recommend TimeSolv.

Timesolv was a blessing to my law firm! We needed a simple, web-based billing program for us to use and Timesolv was the solution. It was fairly easy to get started; they even trained my staff FOR FREE. In that I am now semi-retired I needed to do billings myself. I had never done them before and was worried I would not be able to do it. Timesolv trained me to do it and whenever I am stuck on a problem I can call and set up a FREE in-person online training session to answer any problem I have. They are fantastic!!

I had some trouble following the key words-like when the invoice link wanted me to hit SEND when I had finished with the draft. This meant to me that the invoice was being sent-not finalized. The information on different areas included in your web site, were in much too small letters. I could not read them and when you took the cursor through the explanation, it moved much too fast. The explanations were to me totally non-workable. Fortunately, your support staff was available and knowledgeable.
