Easy to use, simple time-keeping tool that works well for a small business. The Outlook integration is particularly helpful and makes time entries for e.g. meetings very quick.

Been a pretty smooth work day.

I've used many different time entry, reporting and billing programs and this is by far my favorite. It is very easy to use on all accounts: time entry, pulling reports and invoicing. I work for a public relations firm and we use this program; even though TimeSolv is aimed at/marketed towards legal services, I would suggest all types of business look into this program if they're looking for an efficient time tracking and invoicing program.

Easy to use, navigate, and file time

TimeSolv is the solution I didn't realize I needed. As a self-employed, work from home paralegal, I was using (shh!) Excel and stand alone time/billing program that fit my meager budget 2008 startup budget. It was a clunky process, but it was familiar. Then one of my attorney-clients introduced me to TimeSolv. I won't lie, I was resistant - other programs I'd tested had impossible learning curves (and didn't have 'I work from my unfinished basement office' pricing). I picked up TimeSolv quickly and the support had been amazing. TimeSolv is intuitive and easy to use. I'm not sure what impresses me more, the ability to set up abbreviations (macros) for commonly used time entries of up to 2000 characters, how easy it is to print and send invoices, or the blessed joy of entering a payment and instantly applying it across multiple invoices! The price is right and entering time isn't a chore anymore.

We have only been using TimeSolv for a few months and the process has been simplistic and direct. My team has been able to be in direct contact with the TimeSolv team for any issues and they have had and it has been a great help. Would refer to anyone.

Great overall product. Most pre-loads make sense, but there could be more specificity--which may be an error on my end being a new user.

Timesolv is one of the better time entry programs I've used. It seems geared primarily for legal billing, where fees are billed exclusively on an hourly basis. Each time entry is entered on a form, but personally I'd rather enter it in a spreadsheet style format. The Timesolv app is nice too.

I have found that TimeSolv it is much easier to use for our billing especially when when working out side of the office. Very easy to use and I can sign in from anywhere.

Efficient, user-friendly, has all the bells and whistles. Works better than our previous software. Only quirk is sometimes I type faster than the quick keys.

TimeSolv has been a great time saver! It has a very intuitive interface and is easy to use to generate client invoices. My entire team appreciates the fast time entry platform. As the primary billing coordinator, I have cut my monthly billing procedures in half since implementing TimeSolv. My only critique is the limited customization of reporting and invoice templates. I do however appreciate the TimeSolv team's acceptance of future development suggestions and hope to see more refined customization options in the near future. If you are looking for a streamlined time entry and billing solution, I would definitely recommend TimeSolv.

At first I was apprehensive about the change to a new time management system. But it was all for naught! TimeSolv is much less complicated than our previous system by allowing me to enter my time and expenses faster and making it easier to obtain reports!

I asked a questions about bringing balances forward from Timeslips and got and answer belatedly that did not work or at least I could not work it.

TimeSolv has saved me a lot of time in tracking client's billable hours and expenses. Each person is assigned to their own profile and can enter their hours anywhere and anytime. It is also very easy to generate invoices and sending invoices. Our firm have used this program for about ten years and loved it.

The software is very easy to use and track. You can easily add a new time entry if you knew how long you had worked on something, or you can use the timer feature that allows you to add an entry and then begin the timer. It would round up to the nearest 15 minute increment, which made for easy time keeping.

After we created several client/projects in the software, it was very easy to track what projects were worked on and for how long. You could also make a note with each time entry to give distinction to what you did on the project at that time. This could allow you to both see how much time is directed to a certain client/project, but also to distinguish what aspect of the project was taking the most time.

If I had the timer feature on and forgot to stop the timer at the end of the day, I would log in the next day and the timer would have ran all night, so I didn't know how long I actually worked on that project for, leading me to estimate.
