I knew it was time for me to get out of my timeshare, and a dear friend referred me to Timeshare Specialists. They were Amazing! They were very professional, and made the process very smooth and stress-free. Ms. Peuse oriented me on the full process upfront, explaining all possible fees and expected time-frames. She was great, so knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I was assigned to Ms. Ross as my Closing Agent, at Resort Closings Inc., and she was straight forward and very easy to work with. She did all the excellent work, and took me step-by-step through all the paperwork and closing process, to successfully transfer my timeshare to a new owner.

We have owned at the Pono Kai for over 16 years and always have enjoyed the property and wonderful staff. Many of the faces have been there since our first year of ownership. Our needs have changed and we decided to sell our property. After a search of potential options, we contacted Timeshare Specialists and discussed our options. We were provided a comprehensive explanation of their program including cost and general timeline to complete the transfer of our ownership. The end result was a smooth transfer of our property to another owner and was completed on time without any surprises whatsoever.

I’d give Timeshare Specialists more stars if I were able to do so!

Excellent straightforward legitimate service. There are no scams involved here. All documentation that I requested was provided to me in every stage of the process. The process took about four months due to COVID circumstances. My only regret is that I did not connect with the Specialists 10 years earlier.

The whole transaction went exactly as I was told it would. I am very pleased.

Twice now these people have given us excellent service. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Amazing - they actually delivered what they said they would!

They were very professional and efficient. We have two timeshares they are working on. The first was transferred pretty quickly. Now we will see how fast the second one is handled.

While unloading a timeshare is not a pleasant task, Timeshare Specialists worked with me to professionally and efficiently dispose of the property. They were upfront with their fee (which was on the lower side of their competitors), the projected time, and the process. They had good and prompt communication. They followed through to their word and are a legitimate company. The associate assigned to me was a pleasure to work with.

I am very pleased with my experience with TimeShare Specialists. They have been helpful, open and understanding throughout the whole process. I wasn't sure if the pandemic was going to impact the process but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Thank you.
