This is my second time using koala and we have a beautiful condo before and are looking forward to the next one. Very easy to find the weeks we wanted and the size of kinda we wanted.

What a refreshing difference from Redweek!

1st time using KOALA to rent out a surplus Timeshare unit and so far they’ve done exactly what they said they would. Received a rental request for the unit and approved it (understand rental funds are now in an escrow type account). Believe the requestor can w/o back out for period of time leading up to actual availability in Dec. So Far So Good!

The only thing that would make the experience better is for one of my bookings to actually produce a payout.

Made it harder to book a hotel room. I only continued to book because things where the team was staying this booking service only in place to increase margin from the end user by creating another middle man to pay.

Koala is wonderful to work with! I have had multiple vacations rented just in the past year. I have timeshare with Westgate and Wyndham. Koala has all the details of those resorts and photos ready to go! It saves me so much time, compared to how I have done my little advertisement in the past. The staff is good to answer. I do have to wait for weekdays usually for replies, but hey, this is not emergency medicine, right?!?!

I love using Koala to book all our family vacations! I can find many resort options for our family of 5 to comfortably and affordably visit.
