Disgusting
Disgusting, I ordered 3 items, then had a refund on one as it was out of stock, got the other 2 items only to open the envelope to find one item was wrong, yes they were only cheap but I contacted them 3 times and no one has bothered to reply, which I think is disgusting.

As a small, independently run business, we recently experienced an unprecedented volume of orders during our clearance sale, which unfortunately led to delays in both dispatch and customer service replies. That isn't the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for the frustration this caused.
Although one of the products you ordered had already sold out and was refunded, we absolutely want every customer to receive the correct items they have purchased. We would be more than happy to put things right by sending the correct replacement as soon as we hear from you.

Lack of communication
Lack of communication. I sent two requests for tracking info as the link to Shop did not give any info at all. Poor customer service, but when product eventually arrived, it was good quality and just what I needed.
