I order from this company over a month ago and still haven't recieved my products. I order two pair of shoes no track number or email saying what's the hold up.
There's no way to contract this company and would just like my 91dollas back.

The score should be 0. I ordered an outfit and actually received it but it is to small and I have been trying for weeks to find a way to exchange it for a larger size but no information can be found and no reply to my emails to customer service. I would advise that no one order from Tidebuy.

4th May bought a jacket for $125. Money immediately gone but no receipt of payment. A week later got an email to say they are out of stock and to order something else or get a refund. Opted for refund but no response back. Emailed multiple times still no response. Looking at other reviews and I am not the only ones. Fraudsters!

Tidebuy International Limited Polish Branch. The company has several companies all tide to this one. One is LEAQUEEN I purchase a 17" doll with eye open very cute, they sent me an 11" doll. They have no contact information. it took a whole month for me to get my wrong doll. Which was a birthday gift for my granddaughter. Can't return no return information. The contact information is fake. I give them a no star they are not a real company.

I ordered a reborn doll that was supposed to be 21 inches long in April. I just received it today, 6/10/20, and it is 10 inches long. No contact information to nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

STRAIGHT CRIMINALS. My Actual review is ZERO STARS. I ordered my daughter a birthday present and just like everyone else I never received order confirmation or anything and of course I never received my order
that of course had been paid for plus shipping fees. I have tried contacting them in every way possible countless times and can prove all of my attempts with no response. I have already started filing complaints with The Better Business Bureau, as well as many other consumer reporting agencies including those overseas. This company and its employees need to be held accountable. The are 100% criminals in all ways possible. Not only do they need to have their businesses, and I say Businesses plural because they seemed to have a few that are intertwined, shut down and never allowed to open any additional businesses Ever again, they need to be prosecuted to the fullest and thrown in jail. Fortunately I Have many criminal justice connections most of whom are government affiliated and they have already been informed of the issue.

this is my second review because after the 1st they contacted me and said my order is running late but will be despatched soon well that's another week past and still no parcel dispatched lies all the time

Ordered, money taken, yet no goods delivered and no response to multiple requests for update or refund so disputing charge with my Bank. I believe them to be fraudulent. DO NOT USE THEM!!

If I could give lower I would. My daughter saved her money to order a silicone baby from them. I never received shipping information, order confirmation. They never returned my email asking for it. We finally receive the baby and its not the right one. We ordered a 22" doll with closed eyes and open mouth. We got 10" with closed mouth and open eyes.

I order sandals two weeks ago and I didn’t receive a tracking number or how to get in touch with them!! SCAM!

bonjour, j'ai passé ma commande début Mars j'ai réussi a recevoir un de mes articles fin Mai sur 6 articles commandé.
Après plusieurs mail ils m'ont remboursé un article manquant, et là grande surprise je viens d'être remboursé du reste de ma commande mais après plusieurs échange avec eux.
Je ne recommande absolumentpas ce site.
