Tifebuy es una estafa, no me llego el pedido después de 4 meses, pido devolución de dinero y tampoco, totalmente insatisfecha con el servicio

I order a pair of tennis shoes over a month ago. Never received them but they change my debt card $48.79 . i was hoping to purchase them for my sister. This is bull and these people should be ashamed. Never again will i order anything from this company. Scammers written all over it.Never received a order number or a email .

This company is a scam!! I ordered a reborn doll from this company and have yet to receive it!! Oh but yes Of course they took my money!! Tried to communicate to them every way available with no responses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I order three tops on may 5th. Said I was too receive the order in 5-12 days. Never received them. I have emailed them to keep getting the same reply. 5-12 days. There is no contact phone number. I've threatened to sue them but still no response.
I ordered through the innsstyle and the money was taken from my account by tidebuy.
Total scam and I will not stop until I get my money back!

I bought a doll for my daughter off their sister company mixoko I paid for expedited shipping back in April, never got a confirmation email only the page on their website that shows I purchased it. I emailed them several times about it, I also emailed them when the doll hadn’t arrived two weeks later. Never once got a response from them. Now all of a sudden over a month later the package arrives only to find that it’s not even the doll I ordered for my daughter.

I purchased a pair of sneakers on April 23rd 2020 for the amount of $74.99, including shipping and have yet to receive them. No tracking number issued, only an order number. Haniepick, the website used and purchase made from indicated a 3-12 business day delivery, it has been beyond that delivery period. My debit card showed funds were paid to Tide buy Limited +8522. No merchandise received, no refund issued...and I have made several email attempts to seek recovery assistance. No response...nothing! I believe this company is fraudulent and they are scamming innocent hard working consumers!

Ordered a treadmill and exercise bike from a website not Tide Buy, but behold Tide Buy charged my credit card. I received no order confirmation and no order was delivered over a month later. Buyer beware this place is a scam!

Do not use this company, have been waiting over a month for a refund, the items I ordered was never in stock, 20 emails down the line, still no reply or refund. Please avoid.

Betrug! Bezahlt über Paypal, Ware nicht erhalten! Da papypal aber einen Nachweis des Versands(aus China) bekommen hat, sagen Sie der Fall ist erledigt.

ABSOLUT unzuverlässig und Betrugsversuch.
Habe aber da Paypalbezahlung mein Geld schnell zurückbekommen.
Eine Rückforderung dank der Advanzia-Kreditkarte ging auch schnell zurück
auf mein Konto. Die Bank kann ich also nur emfehlen.
Die Kommunikation mit Tidebuy war katastrophal. Irgend ein Firmensitz in Polen und einer in China.

This company sucks. I placed my order late February and still haven't received it. Worse part it I have a tracking number that says it hit the us and it still haven't reached me. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never purchase anything from this company

I placed an order since February 2020my credit card was charged I order 2 item got the cheaper one and up to today May 24 2020 I have not received the second items which was more expensive I send email to them and still no response. Why would they send one item but not the other I order both at the same time.

I THINK THIS IS A SCAM... I ordered seat covers for my car back on April 20th from a website called beddinginn.com but my credit card statement said company name was TIDEBUY. A week after they took my money $160.00, they told me my item was out of stock, so I chose a different set of seat covers. After a couple of weeks,I messaged them to check status and they eventually sent me a couple of updates, with the final one sayingit was shipped from China & they finally gave a tracking # and link to track package but after many attempts over a week now, the link never worked and does NOTHING when I type tracking # and hit enter... Always just sits there and I have NO IDEA where my package really is orif will ever receive my item that I PAID for over 5 weeks or more ago. This manner of conducting business is SHAMEFUL... They take your money then give you the runaround. I have now read NUMEROUS bad reviews on this company so I think I was swindled and that’s scary ! Shame on whoever works for these kind of companies... but I assure you that GOD sees ALL and looks after ME... GOD will see that JUSTICE is served for my trouble... HE always DOES. I’ll be blessed for this MESS & whoever works for TIDEBUY shall be cursed and punished, in Jesus’ name... Amen. People should NEVER have to deal with this sort of thing. I will deal with this through my credit card and take all proper steps to report this company and get my money & hope to get this illegitimate company put out of business SOON. Shame on them for taking advantage of people and their hard-earned money. I am not the only victim... there are so MANY !

I don't know what kind of business these people are running but people work too damn hard for their money to scammed. I spent $150 on some damn shoes and haven't received my order yet which I purchased April.I'm not understanding why people do this lame excuse as a job to just sit around and prey on innocent people.I do not condone in this foolishnes I don't know why I didnt research this before. This have been the worse online experience EVER!!!

No se merecen ni la estrella. Deberia estar ya prohibida su publicación de productos. He realizado denuncia por fraude. No se hacen cargo de nada. Solo lo envuelven en China o similar y luego se desentienden.
Me siento totalmente desprotegida. Deberían pasar el cargo bancario cuando se firma la recepción.
