Ware ist nie erhalten. Auf Mails von mir sowohl auf Deutsch als auch Englisch geschrieben, wird mit schlechtem Deutsch geantwortet. Der Inhalt deren Mail macht kein Sinn. Sie verlangen Fotos als Beweise für die verlorene Ware.

Received my item today hard plastic baby doll . I ordered a silicone baby doll for 83.00 dollars. I recieved a hard plastic doll that you could buy ar Walmart for 5.00.. please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I PLACED MY IRDER BACK IN ARRIL RECIEVED IT TODAY. THIS SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW.

Ordered clothing from a Tidebuy company (Springnewshoes) from ad on FB (which stated clothes were produced in Boston, MA.) Credit card charges were made to Tidebuy Wu Chai.
Spent $80 on three items, based upon pictures in the ad.
Two months + later, received (shipped from China), three TOTALLY different items than ordered (different styles, fabric, sizes). None of the items resembled the pictures or the descriptions in the ad whatsoever.
Messages to Springnewshoes were responded to with confirmation that clothes shipped from USA and were sent out the day after order was placed on line. All of this was false.
Noticed that the ad no longer appears on FaceBook, but Tidebuy is still active, selling clothes with pictures stolen from legitimate US fashion companies.

okay so me and my mother decided to buy a dress for my sisters wedding that's in four weeks now I've had my heart set on this beautiful green tulle dress on a different website but i waited to long and now the dress take too long to come so i decided to search online for dresses and i can across big ole stinking tide buy and since the website had dresses and prices i was thinking it real my dumb ass anyways i found a beautiful green lace dress on the website and i fell in love and my mother found a mermaid silver sequin dress that she really like and we decided we where going to purchase them so we did and before i checked out i searched up if the site was legit and overall it was okay people said they got their dress but it took awhile so i was skeptical and my mom said just buy it and so i did and i was waiting for a order conformation email and i swear to god i didn't get one and then when i tried to cancel my order it wouldn't let me it would tell me to contact costumer service and i swear i was gonna cry because 300 dollars DOWN THE FU*KING DRAIN i swear to god i should sue then and get my money back because this isn't right there shouldn't be people making fake websites and SH**likeee whaadafuckkk and what got me even madder is that now im about a few weeks away from my sisters wedding with no BLOODCLAUT DRESS AND 300 DOLLARS OUT WHILE TRYING TO MOVE YEA THIS TIDE BUY WEBSITE CAN SUCK MY FU*KING D*CK BECAUSE THERE GOING TO HELLL !!!!!

Article commandé en avril, reçu début juillet, pour à l'arriver il manque 7 cm sur le pull, et voici la réponse sur le demande de retour: "Merci pour votre commande sur notre site.
comme il s'agit d'une mensuration artificielle, il existe donc certaine tolérance, merci de vôtre compréhension."

Hier nichts kaufen! Absolut unseriös! Verlangt vor Rücksendung einen Kontaktaufnahme, aber reagiert seit Monaten nicht auf E-Mails. An die Adresse in Polen kann selbst ein Einschreiben nicht zugestellt werden. Betrug und fruchtbar schlechte Qualität!

I ordered an item from this place on 04-24-2020. It is still in Preparing status. It has never been shipped. I requested updates from their support and gotten no responses.
I finally requested that the order be cancel and payment refunded a month ago with no responses from them. This place sucks.

Les articles ne correspondent pas à la description ni aux photos! Pas des réponses à mes demandes de retour ...pas de remboursement ! Je me sentais en sécurité pour acheter sur ce site vu qu'on peut payer via PayPal...hors PayPal n'intervient pas à partir ou l'on reçoit la marchandise...PayPal gagnerait à ne plus travailler avec ce site car maintenant je ne serai plus aussi confiante envers ce moyen de paiement qui était une sécurité auparavant pour nos achats !

I purchased a Picture Puzzle from a website called raregiftdesigns.com. This website is owned by Tidebuy.

The merchandise never arrived. The contact email they provided was broken. The phone number wasn't working either.

Can't say for sure it's a Scam. But if something goes wrong, odds are you won't get a resolution.

Rücksendung ist nur nach China möglich. Trotz DHL-Zustellnachweises erfolgte nach 6 Monaten noch immer keine Erstattung des Kaufpreises. Des Weiteren werden trotz „kostenlosem Versand“ ca. 17€ Versandkosten Vom Kaufpreis abgezogen.
Wir arbeiten an einer Sammel-Betrugsklage.
NIE WIEDER!
Ergänzung: nach exakt einem Jahr und unzähligen Erinnerungsmails erhielt ich den Kaufpreis minus 17,08€.

Je vous déconseille fortement ce site.
D'une part, les photos ne sont absolument pas contractuelles et d'autre part les articles sont de piètre qualité : tissu, finitions, taille et d'autre part, les délais sont indécents. J'ai commandé des articles le 2 Février en payant des frais de port plus conséquents pour une livraison plus rapide. J'ai reçu le 1er au bout de 2 mois et demi et le second le 24 Juin et bien évidemment mon compte était débité le jour de la commande.
J'aurais dû me renseigner sur ce site avant.

Tidebuy is one of the most unprofessional, dishonest and deceitful websites I have ever encountered in terms of their processing and shipping times and communication. They do not stick to or honour their advertised processing/shipping times. They send the item whenever they feel like it. And when you have ordered something and they do not have it in stock, they will send you an email notifying you about it and ask you to choose another item or reserve the amount you paid for the item in your account to put towards a future order. But then they never let you know if the replacement item you chose is available or if they will save the credit for you, and they keep sending the EXACT SAME email asking you to choose another item over and over again. They are the most frustrating and ridiculous online shopping website I have ever seen, and I am truly shocked that a website this deceitful is even allowed to still operate online. Now I understand why Tidebuy has the lowest reviews everywhere I look. We as consumers need to report them.
