tickts is a UK ticketing platform built to put more money back in the pockets of fans and event organisers. We sell tickets online for everything from grassroots music nights, comedy and theatre to non-league football, festivals, club nights, charity fundraisers and community events. What makes us different is simple: no booking fees for buyers and zero commission for organisers. The price an organiser sets is the price a fan pays, and the organiser keeps it. There are no hidden charges, no per-ticket commissions and no long contracts. Where other platforms can add 10 percent or more to every ticket, with Tickts the only cost is the standard card-processing fee that applies anywhere you pay by card. Money is paid directly into the organiser's own Stripe account as tickets sell, so they stay in control of their funds rather than waiting weeks for a payout after the event. Behind the scenes, organisers get a full toolkit included with every account: reserved seating, QR code check-in scanning from any phone, gift cards, fan-to-fan resale at face value, memberships, merchandise, discount codes and live sales analytics. For fans, buying is quick and easy, tickets save straight to Apple and Google Wallet, and you always pay face value. Fair ticketing, done properly.

Listen up people if you need to ticket something this is the place to go to. I didn't know how to use the site but it didn't matter the support from David has been absolutely outstanding. I kid you not. I really know how to whinge and this was simply a fantastic experience.

The user interface is second to none, the website is very clean, it’s so professional and very modern. There also isn’t too much going on and everything is very clear, it’s easy to navigate.
The support is unreal, whenever I need help or have any suggestions on how to improve the site, they get it done effectively immediately, no matter the time of day. When I need help they respond swiftly and are always patient and help resolve the issue at hand.
I’ve been using tickets for almost 2 months now and I’m very happy with the site.
How can I forget, it’s free, there are no hidden fees like other sites, you receive every penny and the site itself doesn’t take any fees or profit from your ticket sale. I’ve gone and purchased their subscription as it has other features I’m inclined to use.
Would give tickts 10 stars if I could.

You were one of the first to really put tickts through its paces, and a fair bit of what you see today came straight off the back of your suggestions, so a review like this feels like a shared win. The whole idea was to build something clean and easy to run, keep support fast and human whatever the hour, and never take a penny out of your ticket sales. Hearing it land that way, two months in, is the best feedback I could ask for.

Using tickts exclusively now. Customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, tech is fantastic and fees are unbeatable. Also pays out almost immediately and much faster than the competition who used to make us wait ten days?! Brilliant so far.

The fast payouts are by design: the money from every sale lands straight in your own account rather than sitting with us, so you're never left waiting ten days to see your own takings. Add no fees eating into your sales and support that picks up whatever the hour, and that is exactly the platform we set out to build.

Website very easy to use ticket prices are excellent value for money. In fact iv not been able to get tickets this low in price for a comedy show anywhere else.

Those prices being lower is not a coincidence: most sites bolt a booking fee onto every ticket at checkout, and we do not. tickts adds no booking fee for you and takes nothing from the organiser, so what the act sets is much closer to what you actually pay. Glad it made getting to a comedy night that bit kinder on the wallet.

Unusual is right, and honestly that is the bit we want to change. Booking fees became "normal" because everyone just copied everyone else, so we went the other way. Smooth to book with nothing bolted on top should be the standard, not the exception. Glad it landed that way for you.

Tickts is what I’ve been looking for for years. I’ve run events for over 8 years and have used many different ticketing platforms over the years. Tickts blows them all out of the water. The customer service is exceptional. David is so helpful and knowledgeable. And open to adding new features to make the user experience even better. Seamless booking with no surprise fees
I booked tickets for Vibe Village Live at Jazz Cafe through tickts, and the whole experience was seamless. The website was simple to use, the price was clear with no surprise booking fees, and my tickets and event reminders arrived exactly when I needed them. As a regular concertgoer, it was refreshing to have such a straightforward booking experience. It is great to see a small team making ticketing fairer and easier for music fans. Highly recommended!

No previous experience with Tickts. Thought “here we go, again…”, but was very pleasantly surprised to find that booking process was easy, tickets were fairly priced with no booking fees.
