What a beautiful company. I had a request for a custom message for the kids in our blended families to be reminded that their mum and dad love them no matter what, to be in the images but unfortunately it couldn’t be accommodated as much as they wish they could. The email exchanges I had with the customer service team is one I’ll remember. Thankyou everyone at Tibatoes. I’ll be purchasing one for each of the kids regardless.

Goggles broke after 2 uses and were less than 2 months old. Absolutely shocking support from Tibatoes. Company overs a 25% coupon for another order. Terrible product. Don't buy. Run.

My kids love their new galaxy projector!! If you’re on the fence I would highly recommend ordering one. The images are vivid, the projector is easy to use, and will make a great addition to our bedtime routine.

I have ordered their masks, email correspondence was very quick.

We purchased 2 goggle sets for our grandchildren 6 and 9. These are perfect. They do not slip. The vision is crystal clear. My babies did not want to take them off. You know they like as the put them back in the case without anyone telling them. 😊🥰

My first order was a little slow on delivery. But was very pleased with the children’s goggles. Second order came much quicker and was given as gifts.
I would order again from this company.

First of all I ordered three books instead of two and they took one off.
Next they said my books were delivered. They were not. I told them that. They did tons of research and showed me a picture of where they put the package. It was at 2210 and my address is 2110. But guess what!!! I looked back and I put in the wrong address. They were patient and worked so hard to help me. The neighbors ended up bringing my package to me. This company goes above and beyond and are so so honest. I will buy from them again, although they may be sick of me, hahahaha They are awesome

SCAM company do not order from them. I ordered 2 goggles and it’s been over 2 weeks and no products have arrived, they keep getting “delayed” and I’ve realised this is a SCAM

The images of the child playing with the product were very misleading. I was disappointed with the size and quality of the product.

Order geplaats maar deze vrijwel direct weer geannuleerd (24-06-2026). Betaling is geregeld via KLARNA. Echter annuleert Tibatoes de betaling niet bij KLARNA waardoor er bij mij een 'schuld' open blijft staan. Nu zijn we bijna 3 maanden verder waarbij er veel gesproken is met Tibatoes en beloftes zijn gedaan om het te regelen maar nog altijd is het niet geregeld. Schandalig slecht, het lijken wel standaard mailtjes die ze sturen om mij maar aan het lijntje te houden.

My parcel came very quickly, easy to put together and my grandson loves it

I bought the swimming goggles and my child absolutely loves them. They are so comfortable and they don't leak into the eyes. The goggles come with a box to store them which is great and I bought another pair of my other child.

The on line help from those who work at Tibatoes was amazing and very kind. I would recommend this website to anyone and everyone. Your level of understanding of customers is top notch!
