TibaToes responded quickly, and my delivery arrived safely. The product quality is beyond expectations! Customer service was great as well, and they reached out quickly after I placed my order.

I purchased goggles from Tibatoes last month. Although they appeared to be of good quality and my children enjoyed them, they leaked significantly regardless of how we adjusted or tightened them.

My primary concern, however, was that I joined their VIP club prior to ordering to receive a discount, which ultimately failed to function. I was unable to obtain an explanation from customer service regarding this issue. I requested a cancellation of the membership, and I was informed that the matter would be forwarded to another team.

Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I received no further updates. I was subsequently charged again, even after my initial cancellation request. When I was finally told that nothing could be done, I voiced my dissatisfaction, only to be referred back to yet another team. Having exhausted my patience, I requested a chargeback through my credit card provider, which has been approved, and I have placed a block on any further transactions from this company.

Avoid this business when their customer service is so poor.

Customer service was amazing! The projector has made bedtime so easy and so fun for my three year old! I highly recommend this brand for any child!

Your product is cheap, poor quality. Disappointed, dissatisfied. I donated the item.

Tried changing the slides for the light. It is now permanently stuck in opening. Can't change it to other slides. very disappointed

Don't waste your money. My daughters goggles continually fog up and a part has broken off but as weve had them 3 months, then won't replace them and have offered 25% off another pair.

What a beautiful company. I had a request for a custom message for the kids in our blended families to be reminded that their mum and dad love them no matter what, to be in the images but unfortunately it couldn’t be accommodated as much as they wish they could. The email exchanges I had with the customer service team is one I’ll remember. Thankyou everyone at Tibatoes. I’ll be purchasing one for each of the kids regardless.

Goggles broke after 2 uses and were less than 2 months old. Absolutely shocking support from Tibatoes. Company overs a 25% coupon for another order. Terrible product. Don't buy. Run.

My kids love their new galaxy projector!! If you’re on the fence I would highly recommend ordering one. The images are vivid, the projector is easy to use, and will make a great addition to our bedtime routine.

We purchased 2 goggle sets for our grandchildren 6 and 9. These are perfect. They do not slip. The vision is crystal clear. My babies did not want to take them off. You know they like as the put them back in the case without anyone telling them. 😊🥰
