I created an account and deposit 600€ and they instantly suspended my accoun and sent me an email to provide some personal documents, that was 5 days ago.
I answered with all the required document and they told it should take 1-2 business days to verify.
This is the 5th day and still no answer and my account is still suspended. Does anybody take me seriosly? I am waiting for your answer to unblock my account.

The site itself is very good, good odds as well and very nice UI/UX. The only problem was the very long KYC times, which in my case took 8 days to complete in total. I honestly thought my funds were gone after reading all existing reviews but my account was then successfully verified which was great. If you win and need to withdraw a bigger amount, be weary of long KYC times where your funds are locked up with little transparency, however when they say they will give me an update in 24-48 hours in email they do give me a good reply after the manual update.

Experienced Player - Honest Review
If you’ve lost more money than you’ve deposited, their cash out times are top notch. I’m almost always unlucky on their slots, so I’ve almost always had no issues on that end. Sometimes it’s nearly instant. Their customer service however is extremely poor compared to other sites. Copy and paste responses. Little to no reasoning. The actual “associates” have no decision making capabilities, and are of little assistance. It takes about ten minutes to get a response to the initial inquiry after much back and forth, and you must keep your window open the entire time and participate in their triivial conversation or they will disconnect.
The loyalty program is also very very poor. The loyalty tier is structured in a way that each tier has five inner-tiers which must be climbed to reach any new offers. Inner-tier advancements mean nothing, so I’m not really sure why it’s built out that way. I’ve made ~$23,000 in deposits and am still mid-tier, with my daily bonus remaining at 25 spins at 10 cents a spin. That’s only if I’ve played the previous day. The cash bonus program is hit or miss, and mostly miss. You could make thousands in deposits and still be ineligible.
Simply put, there are much much better casinos out there that have transparent loyalty programs. Look elsewhere.

On May 12th, I sent the last requested document (109 days have passed). On June 26, they answered my complaint here and said they would try to help (64 days have passed). I haven't received anything except unsubscriptions. They are very polite in the chat, they inspire hope with answers here, but this is hypocrisy and it won't bring my money back :) My next review and my next words about the fact that this is a SCAM office. Try to avoid this site . Once you deposit some crypto on this site , they instantly ban you and ask you to pass the KYC . Instead of having some normal KYC system , you will need to send your documents to some random email . The problem is you can’t withdraw your money anymore if you don’t want to send your documents to someone by this strange method . Any other normal site will allow you to withdraw money even if your account is banned or didn’t pass the KYC system .
