I used thunderpick for nearly 2-3 years. They provide good markets with good odds. The UI/UX is clear, though no event search function. Online customer service is always rapid.
In the first year my netprofit is negative, I guess it could be 20k€(or higher)，so they granted me VIP title, with some privileges to encourage me keep betting.
In the last few month I won around 30k€，I cashed out 25k€，but when I tried to cash out the rest of 5k, my account suddenly got suspened, I can't bet nor cash out, I also got banned for the live chat channel. literally I can't do anything. They send me a message say I need to do KYC process and will reply me in 1-2 working days. I sent my docs to their email immediately but 5 days passed I didn't get any response. The online customer serivce knows nothing just tell me to be patient.
It's radiculous they don't allow you to bet during KYC process.
I checked some other reviews, some say it just took 3 hours to finish it.
Update: After 4 days waiting, KYC passed. And my money cashed out successfully.

Thunderpick Refusing to Pay After Successful KYC / Deceitful.
I’ve been a Thunderpick customer for years and have lost over €50,000 on their platform. I originally had a Diamond 3 account, which I decided to close. A few months later, I opened a new account with a different email, and everything worked fine deposits, bets, bonuses until I tried to withdraw.
After successfully completing their KYC (which took 5 days), my withdrawal stayed in “pending” for more than 48 hours. Then, without warning, my account was suddenly banned.
Customer service replies quickly and the agents seem to have good intentions, but it’s clear they don’t actually know why certain decisions are made they can only send generic, prewritten responses without real explanations.
It’s unacceptable that Thunderpick had no issue taking deposits for months, yet blocked my withdrawal once money was going the other way. Their KYC process, which relies on sending documents via email, feels outdated and insecure.
I strongly believe Thunderpick is trying to avoid paying legitimate winnings. I will emphatically warn others: do not use this site they will take your money easily, but paying you back is another story.
Update: I've receive a small update about a thorough account review, will update accordignly.

Do not use this betting site
This site looks very easy to register and deposit money, but as soon as you have deposited money it becomes VERY hard to use your money. Your account will either get immediately suspended without any reasoning, or you will have to go through their VERY LONG KYC process. I fell for it and now have 50 euro stuck with them, without any indication of when I can get my money back.
Better to use other betting sites...
