I deposited a significant amount of money in early November 2025 and placed only a few bets over the following days. When I attempted to withdraw a portion of my remaining balance, the withdrawal was denied and my account was suspended.
I submitted all requested verification documents around mid-November 2025. Since then, I have emailed support numerous times requesting a timeline or explanation for the prolonged verification process. Each time, I receive the same generic copy-and-paste response with no meaningful update.
My funds have now been locked for nearly two months with no clear reason or resolution provided. This experience has been extremely frustrating, unprofessional and is starting to feel criminal.

I’ve been around the block on gambling websites and this is among the best in the business. I can tell the owners of this website are trying to do things the right way. I won net about $35,000 in less than 48 hours. There are many complaints on here about KYC and I was pretty concerned when I was tasked with this. However, I followed the instructions and had not violated and of the terms of service (which are extremely reasonable), and was sent $18,800 in one withdraw after about a 4 hour review. If you are a legit player than this site is for you. Obviously my experience winning on this site is not meant to condone gambling, and you should only do so if you can afford to lose. Understand the RTP and volatility of the games you’re playing before you play. 5 stars on this site all day.

Promotion fail
So they collab with BGaming and announce a promotion for the new year. Promotion ended in 29th December and they say that prizes will be given out by themselves manually in 72 hours. Alright, that time period has passed, I contacted them, they wanted me to wait, there was a problem they said. We will contact you in 1-2 business days. Today is the 5th day and almost a week since promotion has ended. Only thing the customer service telling is 'we are sorry we understand you just wait for our email.' Im waiting for what, no information, no solution, no nothing. If you are having problem with BGaming its not my issue, im your customer not theirs. Its a complete dissappointment and still going.

Is it still my money
On December 31st, I withdrew my money, but my account was locked and unable to deposit or withdraw. I verified my identity and sent an email to them on the same day. On January 1st, they asked me to provide KYC and other documents again, and I followed suit. They replied, thank you for providing the documents. Please note that you will receive updates within 24 to 48 hours. I thought everything was okay. On January 2nd, I was asked to provide KYC and other documents again, but I still provided them again. As of today, there has been no response on January 5th

I deposited $1100 in my thunderpick account and this is my first time using Thunderpick. As soon as I win money and withdrawal a portion of my winnings my accounts gets suspended. They are now asking for all of this documentation. I have sent over all the info to them through email. I will do an update once I figure out what’s going on with my account. Very strange how these companies don’t just ask for these documents before hand and wait till you want to withdraw money.

Criminals, they stole 1300$ from me after KYC with no reason
WildestDream is my account name.
I've been playing for months, didn't really win anything, all of a sudden have been required to pass KYC, sent them 10 documents, and after 10 days have been banned for no reason
I asked them to join a video call, told them I can explain or talk through anything if they have any suspicions or accusations, after that I only got my accounted deleted with no response, though I didn't even win anything and am draw-ish or losing player
They firstly approved my KYC, then changed their mind in an hour, they make decisions with your account before explaining them or sending any official response, my funds were "withdrawn" with no transaction hash added, with an empty transaction description, which is definitely illegal, but basically is a withdrawal from me to a personal wallet of a casino owner, just because he felt this way
Looks like a bunch of criminals that just do whatever they want, very unsafe space to gamble
They replied there that they are checking and asking their team what happened, but that's a lie, as my account has been deleted by Thunderpick the day I wrote this review. It can't be accessed with password or Google anymore, and an email I wrote to them already a week ago is still left on read.
Don't trust them anything.

Endless KYC Loop / Account Review
I had my account locked with my funds in it for a KYC process, which I thought was normal as they said it should take 1-2 days.
But truth is that this has been going on for 10 days now.
every time I submit a document, they'd reply saying that they cannot use the document to verify my address then request a document from a different source, no matter what I've sent, so far I've sent 2 bank statements from different accounts under my name and address, 2 mobile contracts under my name and address, sent my ID, sent a selfie with my ID, then sent a selfie with a paper written on it Thunderpick.io with the days date and after going through all of that which included talking to their Live Chat support almost twice a day for the past 10 days explaining the same situation all over again, I got hit with a "The KYC Team is working on it / Your account is under investigation" without an estimated time frame of completion, they'd just ask me to "wait" and that's it.
I strongly believe that Thunderpick.io intentionally locks out users from their accounts and attempt to tire them out with a long KYC loop so users would just "forget about it"
tl;dr : As soon as they ask you to verify your KYC, it's over, It's an endless loop of documents requisitions that never pass their KYC so they can keep you locked

Easy to deposit impossible to do kyc
i wrote a review about them some days ago after i found their practice very shady, after i deposited i got my account suspended , contacted support , told me that i need to do kyc , fair enough (casinos and their shady tactics are nothing new) , i wanted to go with kyc , you wait 1 day to get notified that they got the email and 2 more days for actual reply which seems to be ,
We understand your frustration; however, we need a valid proof of address to complete the verification of your account.
Sadly i have explained to them that the only valid of adress i can get with my name on it would be from my country official page , which i provided but they refuse to accpect it. (I use this to verify pretty much everything to binance , other subverify or whaver that liveness check is , pretty much every casinos) , so yeh after 11 days i have given up.
Dont bother guys, its not worth it.
