We wanted something eco-friendly that reflected us. Website easy, staff chat helped me choose size. Funeral directors were impressed with quality. Price was affordable. They did everything they said they would. We were comfortable enough with it that that we could sit around & share stories about mum/Nanna/auntie and she was in the middle! It made the whole experience “beautiful and loving” ... thank you xx

I ordered an Eco Willow coffin for my mum. It was beautiful. The willow for this particular coffin is from Poland and that's where my mother is originally from. It was a fitting tribute. The florist created the most beautiful orange and cream flowers and as far as coffins go it was a perfect tribute. Derrick and his team at Willow were faultless. They were a pleasure to deal with and I have nothing but praise for them. Thank you and I wish you all the best for your business.

Purchased for my mums funeral. Service was excellent, after choosing and paying for the coffin Willow contacted our funeral directors directly to confirm correct size and arrange delivery to them. The coffin was for a woodland green burial so needed to be completely natural which Willow specialised in.

We were very happy with the service that you offered from start to end despite the difficult circumstances. Having a dedicated representative from Think Willow ensured there was continuity of service throughout the process. We found the website informative and represented the willow baskets perfectly.
The spring flowers and basket matched beautifully; a much softer, natural and wholesome appearance compared to the traditional coffin arrangement. The Cromer basket looked beautiful. I was also pleased that we were able to show some younger members of the congregation that there is a natural and more eco friendly way of sending someone on their next journey. Showing an alternative meant that we were able to show ‘choice’ and ‘difference’ even at a difficult time. Thanks again for your expert guidance throughout the process.

The service from Willow was excellent - we ordered online and received a prompt response. They liaised directly with the funeral directors, advised as to the correct size and delivered within the short time frame required. The willow wicker eco coffin itself was perfect and just what we had envisaged and wanted - and their pricing was much more reasonable than purchasing through the funeral director. All in all we would thoroughly recommend Willow.

We very much wanted a wicker/willow coffin for my mum's funeral recently and liked the Willow Cromer Wicker Coffin. Whilst at the funeral directors, we mentioned the wicker coffin and were quoted £1300 for basically the same item. We then questioned various other costs quoted and managed to reduce the overall costs by £2000 (we did our own Order of Service, own flowers, organised the celebrant). We found the service given by Willow to be first class - professional and yet friendly and the coffin was substantially cheaper than that offered by the funeral director. We were delighted with the way it looked. It is so important that the funeral industry is more transparent - advantage is taken by these people at times of great stress - when I questioned the inflated costs the response was "at the end of the day we are a business". Shame on them and thank you to Willow for first class service.

The team at Willow have been amazing at such a difficult time. Their communications were second to none with both me and the funeral parlour. Delivery of the pod directly to the parlour was on time (actually a day earlier than expected). Ordering online was nice and easy and a very good price for the pod we wanted. The pod was of really good quality, they did us proud. I have no hesitation to recommend Willow, they are a refreshingly good company to do business with.

Excellent service when I had to return an item.
I recently had to return a willow urn and Think Willow were very helpful and made the returns process painfree. The urn itself was perfect but we had a space restriction in the churchyard. I would not hesitate to recommend Think Willow and will undoubtedly use them again.

The coffin was of excellent quality and well presented...it arrived well before delivery date which helped relieve a stressor at the time...the prices were competitive with others online with an easier page to navigate...the overall experience was excellent and I would recommend them to another.

Nice well made item. A bit bigger than I was expecting (but I didn't check the measurements when I bought it).
It could have done with being better packed in the box for postage - the box arrived very bent and although the contents were undamaged it meant I needed to unpack before the delivery driver left which in the circs could have been difficult.

The coffin is perfect and just what Dad would have wanted, I would highly recommend to anyone.
