Warning: avoid this company. They charged my card without a purchase, and when I disputed it with my bank, they promised a refund if I canceled the dispute. I did — and now they’ve blocked my emails and stopped responding. They took money from my account without permission and scammed me. Stay away from this company.

Beware of this company – they have stolen my money.
I made a purchase, and shortly after, they charged my card again without my permission. After disputing the charge with my bank, the company assured me that they would refund me if I closed the dispute. I complied, but now they have completely ignored all my attempts to contact them and have not issued any refund. They have taken money from my account unlawfully and refused to resolve the issue. Do not trust this company. I am now left with no recourse, but I will continue to expose this scam until they refund me.

The fabric is itchy. A bit too much stuffing for me in the half-moon pillows. Otherwise nice functionality and support.

Super cosy, as you can remove the filling and adjust it to your body as you wish. Ideal for every lying and sitting position. No need to adjust it during the night, as it stays in place! A must have!

Dropshipping scammers from China. Absolutely do not buy. They sell a bad quality counterfeit from babybub made with poor, itchy and hot materials. I got fooled into buying this one thinking I was buying babybub, at the same time my husband bought me the real thing. They are night and day different. Stay away from Natty

I was skeptical at first, but after trying it, I can confidently say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made. Provides amazing comfort and support.

Dont buy it from Natty! You can find it much cheaper, for the same quality elsewhere. The velcro doesnt stay and the two small pillows get separated at night, which is super annoying. After a couple off weeks the long pillow gets very flat and doesnt give you any support and the quality off the fabric is so bad. I have it a couple off weeks now and it looks so bad. This was a case off dropshipping cheap Chinese stuff and they rip you off. DO NOT BUY

This is a cheap drop-shipped china-product disguised as a top-tier pillow. You can buy it much cheaper from other places without the brand-name. You shouldn't though. The quality is low, there is no pillow-case with it, so it's difficult to wash, and you support a bad buisness-market.
Ps: I found no possibility to return the pillow once it arrived. No info or return-ticket.

Very Good product but High price and long delivery times

Slechte service. Eerste pakket teruggestuurd door postbedrijf zelf omdat deze beschadigd was (na 15 dagen wachten). Ik wacht nu inmiddels al meer dan 21 dagen en nog steeds niks gekregen. Tweede pakket is al 10 dagen "onderweg".
Bericht gestuurd in Engels. Krijg reactie in het Frans.. 😅

Il cuscino è stato una piacevole scoperta. L’ho ordinato incuriosita dall’articolo ma senza avere chissà quali aspettative e invece da quando l’ho ricevuto non ne ho più fatto a meno. È bello esteticamente e resistente, è dotato di involucro sfoderabile che permette di poterlo lavare, i materiali sembrano di buona qualità e ha dimensioni contenute rispetto ai cuscini che si vendono solitamente per dormire in gravidanza e questo consente di ridurre notevolmente l’ingombro. Consiglio vivamente l’acquisto.

It’s not fluffy, it’s very firm which I did not like because it is not cozy for sleeping.
The support provided for the back is decent.

Ordered a pregnancy pillow for my wife from them. After waiting for weeks for the pillow to arrive, Yodel marked it as delivered, when the parcel is nowhere to be seen. We've checked with neighbours, and around the building but nothing. I contacted Natty who suggested the usual (check with neighbours etc.). When that did not work, they suggested I contact the carrier (Yodel). Yodel do not know where the parcel actually is and asked me to ask the merchant (Natty) to contact them so that they can investigate. As you can understand, the last thing I want to do is play ping pong between Natty and Yodel, because they are not capable of delivering a parcel to a paying customer. Unfortunately I now have to go through the process of getting my money back, for something I urgently need and never received. Excellent service! Avoid them to save yourselves the hustle..

It's taking a little time to get used to. At first, there were some sleepless nights, but now that I've adjusted (thanks to the many different configurations available, which is fantastic), I'm really starting to enjoy it!
