I was ordered my watch 21 November 2024. It’s delivered but I didn’t get when I talk to NZ POST they said they delivered and put in your letter box and they didn’t send me any photo when they delivered after that I talk to your team member they still investigating but no response yet I am spent 229$ on this watch

Thank you for your review. We understand how upsetting it is when a parcel is marked as delivered but not received.
To clarify, your order was dispatched on 21 November 2024 via NZ Post, and we provided you with the tracking number. Once you informed us that the package hadn’t been found, we immediately contacted NZ Post on your behalf to open an investigation. Since then, NZ Post has been in direct contact with you regarding the delivery.
As the parcel was confirmed delivered by NZ Post and we’ve done everything on our end to support the process, the matter now lies with NZ Post. We're still happy to assist where we can and follow up if needed, but resolution at this stage depends on their findings.
We genuinely hope NZ Post is able to clarify and resolve this for you as soon as possible.

Watch broke within days
Watch broke within days, contacted watchesmen and they said go to local jeweler - we did that and found out it’s unrepairable - it also then stopped working, contacted them for a refund where they refused and then ghosted me. Do not buy from them!!!

We bought the Hugo Boss watch for our grandsons 21st - ordered online and it arrived in perfect time in perfect order. He was and has been delighted with it. We thought the price, the service and the quality all excellent.

I received the watch :)
Only purchased a watch from this site as it was the cheapest one i could find. But I was pleasantly suprised with the watch, as it actually looked better in person. The watch was sent from Dubai to Auckland. Received within time frame (10-14 business days).
Only issue I found was the watches box was damaged - but the parcel itself was fine. Which made me feel the supplier themselves damaged
Overall, 5/5 as I was very happy with the watch

HIGHLY recommend buying from this store. We found the perfect watch for my partners 30th birthday but it was very expensive. After having a bit of a look around online, we came across The Watches Men & Co and found his favourite watch for SO much cheaper. Arrived in perfect condition and quality. Genuine and real, just a much better price. Would definitely buy from here again :-)

The website is easy to use
The website is easy to use. Unfortunately the original watch chosen became sold out. However, customer service has been excellent swift response in regards to purchase. Confirmation provided vi email regarding placement watch. Enquiry responded too. Delivery was quick and well informed.
I brought this for my Partners birthday and has arrived earlier than expected. Birthday not until June so won’t know for sure if it works.
But very impressed with the level of service from Ervin. Good job. Hopefully all works well with the watch.

No notice or email of dispatch of goods. No replys to emails. Thought I'd been scammed. Watch was rolling around in case during transit. Scuffed the logo off the display box. Looked second hand.
