Ordered a gold mystery box what a load of rubbish,is was a Xmas present for my 12 year and it came with a mug a tin pencil case doesn't even have the clubs name on it,a mouse mat that doesn't even have the club's name on and a bottle opener that also doesnt have the clubs logo on so everything i got doesnt have the clubs name or logo on it,total rubbish, and waste of money,the cup has marks on aswell,will never but anything from there again and I will be telling people not to buy from there and deliver took naily 3 weeks

Ordered a football mystery box and it’s absolute rubbish got a mug a coaster and scarf and the scarf doesn’t even have the clubs name on it . Never ordering from these again

Unbelievable quality, arrived 2 days after I ordered. Nice touch with free personalisation too, dad was chuffed!

First time I have used this site and it will be the last. Painful experience waiting for your order to be delivered - it takes soooooo long! If you do order anything, don't expect it to arrive any time soon.

If i could i would give zero stars,pathetic shopping experience with theterracestore and Shop.according to terrace my order has been delivered but Shop say it is in transit.i will never use these two again.

Good quality product arrived within a week.

Ordered bar runners and bottle openers all arrived within a week, had an issue with one product missing, swiftly resolved and a replacement sent out.

the terrace has wide range of food and is very pleasing to anyone who comes to Loddon, the service is amazing. there are some flaws such as when i was having my lovely lunch and a as i look over i see a burial taking place and it was really off putting will not be returning for a lunch again.

Still waiting for a order from start of June says fulfilled on order status. Emailed no help whatsoever. Won’t be using again. Stay clear.

It's 2021 and everybody is connected to email 24/7 but don't expect the terrace store to keep you informed of delays .

Great looking products ,only problem is you'll struggle to get them within a reasonable timeframe 2 weeks after ordering I contacted them to chase up the order, to be told they have machine problems.

They also won't respond to enquires until 10 working days after and order .
They didn't think to contact me to let me know it's been delayed . The emails show they really don't care about customer service . " We will do our best to chase up the order" " we are just as disappointed as you "
Such a shame as they have some great products and was going to recommend but avoid guys ,not worth the stress and disappointment.

Paid nearly £20 for a Newcastle United phone case for my brand new iPhone. The case doesn’t even protect the phone, leaving the top, side and bottom of your device vulnerable to scratches and cracks.

What a waste of money

I’m so glad I found the Terrace Store! I ordered a personalised retro kit mug, a GOAT framed print and a bar blade. All items arrived on time, and were packaged well. In particular, the quality of the framed print, was very good. I’m 100% going to order from here again!

Order a Plymouth argyle towel took nearly 3 weeks which it doesn’t state on their website, incorrect design arrived! Nearly 2 months later have received a refund and promised of correct towel to be sent ASAP ! ......... package arrived and incorrect design again!!!! ...... what are these people playing at!!! Towel well overpriced so thin

Had an issue with a resent order, sent an e mail. They responded promptly and a replacement already being sent out. Great to have responded so quickly and resolve the issue.

Quality design all my Newcastle stuff looks great and delivered really fast

Don’t buy anything from the terrace store take payment and don’t send out goods, no way of contacting them

Used the terrace a few times and it's fantastic, goods sent as said, excellent products. Pre ordered 4 face masks but unfortunately only 2 arrived, emailed the help dept and lol and behold my two missing masks were ith me next day. Really delighted with the masks and the service, especially the turn around on the mistake. This company is highly recommended on both product quality and quality service, will use this company without hesitation in the future.

Super designs and quality and customer service above and beyond my expectations. Will be recommending to friends .

Couldn't ask for a better service.. I wanted to get a cover for my phone but my model wants on the list.. left them a little suggestions and I got an email back a day later saying they did have it and we could do a manual order for it.. happy days

Quality products by the fans, for the fans! Made a mistake on my order and the problem was rectified within 2 emails, great service!
