Order a Father’s Day gift never arrived with other items that I order. Email them with no response. Terrible customer support.

Purchased a personalised mug and when arrived the quality was spot on, quick delivery and easy to order online. Will use again.

Have purchased many items from here over the years, T shirts, hats and mugs. Great selection of Leeds Utd themed products which are of a good quality.
Ordered a square Leeds mug for my partner to add to our collection and the mystery gift worth £20 for £10. Unfortunately when this arrived it was something I purchased last year for my partner and paid full price for, the ALAW black Tshirt. Luckily not a problem as can gift to a friend whos also a Leeds fan. There was a delay in the items being dispatched, however, once they were sent they were received within a day or so. Seamless delivery by Yodel.

Tried them out with a t-shirt & a perfect fit, so in my eyes the sizes are spot on with a good length to the shirt. Have now placed my 2nd order & delivery is quick. 5* service!

Ordered a Nottingham Forest phone case, the one I had was old and broken. This came very swiftly and is exactly as as advertised

Item I received is nothing like described. Ordered a navy matte phone case and received one that looked like a glitter pen and was closer to green than navy. Buttons on the case rendered the buttons on the phone virtually useless because of how tight it was.

For the price you are paying the quality and packaging of the product are awful.
Product comes just in a delivery bag, no labels inside the package, logo is a heated sticker not even stitched on the material, again for that price you would expect high quality product.
Shold've gone to Primark and buy a hoodie from there and a sticker and I would've had same product but a lot cheaper.
