This was my 1st order from The Terrace Store and had no problems at all. The website was easy to navigate, my order was dispatched really quickly with updates emailed to me along the way, and the item I bought (a mug as a Christmas gift) is great quality! Very happy with it! I will use the company again.

Never dealt with the terrace before so always a bit weary. I needn’t have they were great I ordered my item came quite quickly, great product very pleased

I ordered 3 items, all are Christmas presents, unfortunately when the parcel arrived, I item was missing , so I am unhappy at the moment.
I have emailed in with the details, so hopefully this will get sorted out.

I have never ordered from the terrace before so was a bit sceptical but I was really pleased when my order arrived well packaged and arrived quickly. I can't fault this company thank you for an easy transaction A++++

It took too long to be delivered for my liking which led me to think they ship from abroad. The clothes were OK quality, but nothing sparkling for the price. I was bemused by the free gift worth 9.99. It was a piece of slate with terrace written on it

Money taken and still nothing turned up. Tried to get in contact and no replies. Been nearly 3 weeks now

Made an order on 28th September. I still haven't received anything after chasing up numerous times!!! Taken my money, but no goods!

Edit to add new order was sent out after speaking manager and 20% discount applied. It was a shame that the gifts were not received by my husband in time, but issue was eventually resolved. Thank you.

Im a huge Blackburn Rovers fan and always find it tricky to find any 94/95 memorabilia in good condition. When a friend shared the terraced store link I was like a kid in a sweet shop with all the retro items. Great items, great quality and good delivery times. Thanks, ill defo be ordering again

Terrace have shown extraordinary dedication to supporters of Morecambe FC. The genuinely brilliant bespoke kits are not only excellent in quality, which is rare for a lower league team, but also capture the character of the community they represent. The range of products available both online and in-store has reached a standard far beyond what fans have been used to and dwarf many other clubs at our level.

When the club was hanging on in its most difficult moments, Terrace’s efforts reminded us that there are still good people in the industry. From quickly setting up a temporary shop to pledging to provide kits should a new club have been required, Carl and his team consistently stepped up in ways few others would.

We starting using terrace when we formed as a Sunday league football team back in 2023/24, the price and quality was second to none, was great for a new team to be able to afford a kit, and also quick replies and being able to order more as you go on so easily, as I said the quality of the shirts are crazy, and I haven’t thought of changing a single kit as there still going strong 3 years later!

The team at Terrace are great.

Carl especially is quick to get back to requests and has helped us plan kits out for our league teams regularly.
The kits come at a fairly high quality at a decent price point (the league rotates squads every year so this is really welcomed otherwise it'd be a fortune in costs yearly).
We have also ordered some one-off kits that come in at a high spec too - and again the prices are decent even for those kits.

Had 3 kits now from The Terrace, extremely good quality and value for money… great communication and help with the designs I want…. Highly recommend!

Whilst I was unable to attend the pop-up shop kit launch for the Morecambe FC 2025-26 kit launch, I did make an online pre-order of the replica home shirt.

Whilst the shirt hasn't arrived yet, so can't comment on product quality (though I don't doubt, with the time and effort dedicated to design and manufacture, this could be finest MFC shirt I've had). However, I can comment on their seamless online shopping experience, ease of purchase, and excellent customer service from the Terrace team. The last comment is especially true of Carl, who responded promptly and personally to a question I had about size and fit.

Whilst I hope the circumstances are entirely different in future, I definitely won't have any qualms about ordering a Terrace shirt, or any memorabilia again.
