THE/STUDIO Omdömen

The custom socks from The/Studio are absolutely brilliant! The material feels premium, offer both comfort and durability. The design we ordered was perfectly knitted into the fabric, giving a clear and polished look. Highly recommend for businesses seeking bespoke essentials.

The/Studio's service was second to none. From the design process to the final product, everything was smooth. The socks themselves are top-notch, blending style practicality. Definitely worth every penny.

Great patches! Very easy to create what we wanted! Received EXACTLY what we ordered. Very nice patches!

Used The/Studio for an event giveaway and couldn't be happier. The pins were not only a hit with attendees but also served as a memorable keepsake. The professionalism from start to finish was impressed.

If you're looking to establish or elevate your brand identity these custom hats from The/Studio are the way to go. The quality speaks volumes about our company. They're not just hats; they're walking billboards for your brand.

The custom hats from The/Studio are simply exquisite. From choosing the thread colour to deciding on the panel's design, everything was tailored to our boutique;s theme. They've become quite the conversation starter with our customers!

I have had nine projects at this point with the fine folks at “The Studio”. In one case the art I had sent in for a lapel pin would not work with the pin production process. The example sent back for my review and approval wasn’t even close to what I wanted. I used the chat feature and spoke with, I believe his name was David, and he was great. He said he could canx the order and make a refund, or he suggested a different approach. He asked what I was trying to achieve with the pin. He suggested a patch matching the same measurements would look great, full fill my goal, and would actually save me money. He took my modification to the existing order directly and made it happen. He went the extra mile to help me meet my goal, and to save me money. I received the patch and it has worked out even better than I could have hoped for.

This is just one example out of nine projects. I’ve had similar experiences through on line conversations. All helpful.

The Studio is the best.

We received our labels - they are amazing! Thank you so much- we are very happy with the product. The customer service is amazing as well! Very responsive and helpful. The process was a bit difficult. The process of proofing the final product was not really clear. A couple of times I thought I had left notes to proceed but had not. I'm sure it was my issue, but it wasn't always clear. Again, we love the product and would order again and refer friends. Thank you for getting them to us so quickly!

Turnaround time was fairly quick, prices were competitive, and the final results were gorgeous! This was for 100 troop patches and 100 patrol patches.

Recently created custom beanies and socks for my basketball brand, quality is top notch, delivery time was fast and their design team was super helpful. We managed to make high performance products thanks to their assistance, I highly recommend

Great customer service. Team will work with you until you get the product you are looking for. Very happy with the products I have ordered.

I am a very unhappy customer ! I am incredibly disappointed with my experience. I ordered labels for my company, and I was very clear in my communication with their creative consultant: I specified that I wanted a cotton/matte finish. I even provided a photo to illustrate exactly what I was looking for. Despite this, I received shiny labels that look nothing like what we discussed.

When I reached out to customer service to address the mistake and referenced the email chain where I’d confirmed the correct fabric, I was essentially told that it was my fault. They offered a discount, but this didn’t address the core issue or make up for the time and money wasted.

A professional company should be able to handle simple client specifications accurately, especially when they’re clearly documented. This experience has made me question their ability to deliver on basic requests, let alone more complex orders. Very disappointing.

What is the primary reason for your score?
I have already spread the word to other colleagues in the retail industry of your phenomenal service! After going through too many vendors to count, trying to find the best patch vendor, I cannot be more thrilled to have found The Studio. Hands down the best quality, best customer service, reliable, fast, and easy and enjoyable process. Love that there is solid communication from start to finish. I made the mistake of entering the incorrect address and your team went above and beyond to help track down the package without any hesitation. Looking forward to many more orders with The Studio!

I ordered cstom hats for our pub team, and The/Studio absolutely nailed it. The embroidery work is top-notch, and the colour matching with our ale labels was spot on. Brillaint service, and the lads look sharp in these caps. Cheers to The/Studio!

Very easy to work with. Excellent work! Love working with and their prices are amazing! This was the second time I worked with the Studio and they were helpful, quick to respond and very professional. I would highly recommend them!

Had The/Studio craft some coins for a regimental reunion. Their work is spot on - crisp, detailed, and with a weight that speaks of quality. The enamel work captured our unit's colours perfectly. Every member was proud to receive one. Well done!

Can't fault The/Studio. My patches for our local football club were brilliant, especially those shiny metallic threads. They've got a knack for making things look posh.

I've ordered custom pins from The/Studio for our company's 25th anniversary, and they've turned out smashing. The quality of the metal and the enamel work is absolutely top-notch. They've got a keen eye for detail, which we loved.

Needed some branded stickers for a product launch. The/Studio was brilliant; they got my design spot on, and the stickers were delivered right on time. They even suggested a few tweaks that made them pop even more!
