Super happy with this brand! At first there was a mix up with my order and I received the wrong thing but they were super helpful with the return and even sent me a hand written notes and gave me some extra goodies for free to say sorry! Product was return and the correct one was sent back to me super quick!

Parcel Lost in Transit - Still Not Confirmed
Ordered a crop top on 15th February with expected delivery date between 21st and 28th February. Still have not received item to date.
Tracking number provided by Sendle - 17th February it was marked as in transit from Sydney to Melbourne with parcel being weighed on 18th (location not listed) and that is the last tracking.
I raised an investigation with Sendle and to date still haven't heard of any update. I assume after 4 weeks now it is lost but no-one has acknowledged that as yet.
Update 28th March - The Team at Thesomeday.com got in touch with me as soon as they saw my post and have been in touch to arrange a replacement which arrived today. Thanks Tegan, your efforts have not gone unnoticed and I appreciate you doing what you can to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I have updated my review based on their outstanding customer support/service post-review.

Hi Felicity, thank you for taking the time to outline this - we are so sorry - this is absolutely not good enough by Sendle. We have had a handful of instances where they have been not as reliable as Australia Post so we're actually shifting away from them this week and reverting to Aus Post. It's a shame as they are the only provider who offset their emissions but Australia Post is improving their sustainability efforts all the time.
Regardless - I'm so very sorry they haven't closed the loop with either of us, as we hadn't received anything from them yet - I can see on the tracking page they are due to do so but in the meantime I personally (founder) will email you right away and organise a refund or replacement + a bonus gift. Once again our huge apologies Sendle let us both down in this instance. Thank you for supporting us, it means the world.
Update 28.3.22: We just wanted to get in touch and let you know an update to our shipping providers - we have moved away from Sendle and are now working exclusively with Australia Post. Customer feedback is so important to us so thank you again for taking the time to write and let us know. We've listened and actioned a big change as a result. We hope you can enjoy shopping with us in the future, your support means the world to us!

I ordered some bikinis that were…
I ordered some bikinis that were unwearable as the elastic was so poor. They refused to refund and instead encouraged me to order the smallest size. As expected these had the same problem. The company still refuses to refund despite the product being unwearable. The issue has been going on for nearly 3 months. I am repeatedly chasing up emails that they do not reply to. I very unsatisfactory purchase. I got ripped off. NEVER will I go buy from them again.

Hi Jane, we're sorry that you had this experience - we're currently awaiting the bikini bottoms to be returned so we can issue your credit in line with our policy. As we've mentioned, the elastic isn't faulty - Bliss Boheme have hundreds of happy customers and they've confirmed the product wasn't faulty - that's just how they are made. The photos you sent indicated that the item didn't fit, as we suggested maybe a different brand would be a better fit if you prefer tighter elastic.
When returning the original pair you had the option of a credit or a smaller size - we're a small business, we can only issue a refund if the item is deemed faulty, unfortunately not due to fit or change of mind. We make sure this is clear in our policy which we always encourage shoppers to read before purchasing. We have responded in detail to all your emails and questions the last three months - we can't see any that haven't been responded to, so apologies if you feel some have gone unanswered. Our customer service team always conduct due diligence before responding and we ensure they respond in a reasonable timeframe.
Again, apologies that the product wasn't right for you - as mentioned in the latest correspondence, as soon as we receive the unwanted item back we'll issue your credit for the purchase as per our policy.

Purchased sun safe swim suit for $145 , wrong size -asked for a return to bigger size ( don’t make the size I need ) requested a refund -no refund only store credit .
Now I have to drive $145 on something I don’t need .
And had to pay for postage back of item.
The whole process was long and dishearting

Our policy to refund items only if faulty, centres around trying to limit our carbon footprint and best support the Aussie small businesses that we retail. Unfortunately big fast fashion marketplaces like The Iconic have created a free returns norm which isn't viable for most small businesses, and isn't sustainable for the planet.
We also have detailed size guides on majority of our products to help shoppers find the right fit. A lot of our brands produce items in small batches so occasionally some sizes aren't available - but the brand you purchased from, Ocean Flo, has a large shipment coming shortly with a number of items in the size up from your purchase so we really hope you can find something you love.
