Wow!
Wow! The food is great; service is fab, price is fair, delivery very prompt, communication excellent. What's not to love? Came across this company whilst Googling for some foreign food I have been craving. The previous company I used to order with had appalling customer service when something leaked. This company has a great selection of items and unlike the other company doesn't have a stupid free delivery freshold so you don't feel pressured into buying way more than you need. Thanks so much.

Fast service, but disappointing products
Products arrived quickly and well packaged, but most of the items are past their sell by date. I understand that the items can still be consumed but there is a noticeable difference in taste (I noticed the taste before the date). Surely items should be labelled in this manner prior to be sold?

Not great. Probably won’t be back.
Wasn’t clear what I was actually receiving so didn’t get what I was expecting.
Also box slightly damaged in the bottom corner, could be courier issue as they left it on my doorstep under the doormat.

One of the items I received was wrong item and despite 2 follow up emails had no response. Also paid for next day delivery and arrived 2 days late.

York Peppermint Patties, best before 02 2022 which means they have been sitting in the shop for months. Not sure i appreciate that when I am paying almost £10 for a bag.

Got everything i ordered the only issue…
Got everything i ordered the only issue i jad was that i paid for next day delivery and it didn't come until the day after it was supposed to but overall everything was good no issues with items

i mean
i mean, i did get everything i ordered but most of the items were expired. i mean wayyy over expired. then they got my order wrong and sent extra stuff that i didnt pay for (atleast that mistake worked in my favour) but sending expired food is unacceptable.
