Speedy Service

I placed my order on Thursday and I was surprised to see that my items were delivered on Saturday. Very pleased with this purchase and would definitely be purchasing from them again.

I placed an order two weeks ago and my parcel arrived with the courier on Monday 13 th June. They sent me a message to say it will be dispatched soon. Ever since then I have had a few more emails telling me there is a delay with it. Then I get another email saying the parcel he being processed. Then another one to say there is a delay! They have had my parcel for 12 days now. The courier asks you to contact the supplier if they have your parcel for longer than 7 days which I have done twice now a d had no reply! I did it through the Snack Chest website contact us form! There has been no reply and you can't even ring them as it's all voicemail. I just want my parcel or my money back and a bit of customer service. My son was about to place an order too but won't bother now and neither will I ever again.

I have had an email to say the parcel is now out for delivery. As I stated I sent emails to your contact us form as per your website. There must be something wrong with it if you can't find my forms. I put the order number etc so you could check my order for me.

Now I have checked and I can't see any contact from your or emails sent etc, can you confirm when and how you sent so we can investigate further

I have checked tracking and it shows as delivered?

The only negative comment is

The only negative comment is I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it, when I contacted them about it I heard nothing back.

Out of Date stock

Genuine site but be wary as they send out of date stock. I wouldn't mind if they made you aware and charged it at a discount but charging those prices for items which are over 6 months out of date is a rip off.
Customer service is also none existent so it's impossible to get your money back.

Excellent all round

I was delighted with both the contents of my order and its speedy arrival. Everything arrived in perfect condition, carefully packed in a sturdy box. Great prices when compared to similar stores specializing in American snacks and free postage too when you spend a very reasonable £25. Excellent all round, thank you so much.
