Disgusting, I have received a full refund from my bank for this. You will be lucky if the product arrives, and if it does its f**king disgusting.

They will threaten you if you refuse to pay. They aren't intelligent enough to compose any other response apart from the generic one they send to everyone about signing up to a subscription.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I thought I was trying a product to trial it, turns out I’m now signed up to a 6 month contract and they won’t cancel it.

The product is AWFUL, I have had headaches and haven’t had a full nights sleep since I started trying them.

Do not buy from this company. They con you into signing up for a six month contract and take multiple payments from your bank each month for their rubbish products.
Absolute scam company.

Terrible scam
The coffee is not too bad although I don’t think it helps with weight loss. I was offered a free packet of tablets which were supposed to give more energy etc. I thought I’d give them a try as they were ‘free’ how wrong I was before I knew it I was subscribed!! Now they send me a packet every two weeks at a price of £12.99. I was told I had to cancel within 14 days this was obviously before I had the first 15day delivery. I have tried 3times to cancel I have now stopped payments and they are threatening to sue me, has anyone else been down this road?

I wrote the above on a review of the Skinny Coffee Club but they replied that it should of been The Skinny Caffe because they don’t sell tablets? A bit odd as they came from the same web site and from the same place! So it is, might as well put it on here as well. Please don’t be fooled into a ‘subscription’

Hi Kayleigh, I have checked our email system and can see that you have been sent a reply to all of your emails, clearly stating the terms and conditions and answering all of your questions. We have provided you with the link to the terms and conditions and it is these that you need to read which explains how your subscription works. As stated there are subscription products and non subscription products on the website to choose from. If you would like to know how to cancel and when you can do so then we can send this over to you, not a problem.

Well that last statement is a bit of a joke thats what I've been trying to do and you wont let me!

1. Yes you have replied to my emails apart from the one yesterday

2. You still haven't answered when the initial email was sent to me explaining i have signed up for a subscription not after i complained before! So when i purchased the products when was the email sent to me explaining i had purchased a subscription???

3. When was the email sent to me advising my subscription cancellation period was coming to an end so if i wanted to cancel do it now?

4. They weren't sent to me was they because by the time i realise the scam your pulling your now saying its too late for me to cancel. Convenient that isn't it.

I have asked these same questions repeatedly to no answers just avoiding them. As stated in my last email to you i will contact me bank and you threatening me with debt collectors is just plain wrong

I have repeatedly requested cancellation of my subscription, they have ignored my requests and now have illegally stolen money from my account. They are thefs and do not care about their customers. Do not sign up with them or you will be caught out and ripped off. Their locked in 6 month contract is absurd for stupid coffee. My fault as did not read T&C all the way through. Product does not even work ! I suppose that is why they have the 6 months locked contact. I could not even change my order request or frequency of order under my log in. It was LOCKED ! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR PRODUCTS.

I ordered the thermosyn on the subscription and read through all the t's & C's . It definitely states that it is a 6 month subscription and money will be taken every 12 days which I then had to check before I was allowed to order (read it all before you sign guys). Received items really quickly and any queries were answered within 24 hours. Also ordered the skinny choc orange and skinny chocolate. Both are lovely. So nice to have a nice hot drink that's vegan. I can feel a difference in me already with regards to energy and even attitude. Will definitely buy more. Thank you skinny caffe ♥️

Avoid, they do not allow you to cancel saying that you need to create an account although they are keeping your records on file (against GDPR).
Also, note that their emails do not allow you to unsubscribe against the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive).
Contact your bank and do a charge back (they'll be charged for this up to £80). They will also block them from taking future payments.
They also state they send you an email however the email requires you create an account not to cancel. Contact your bank and they can stop the payments.
They also form a 'contract' which requires signature which they dont obtain electronically or in hard copy so there is no contract. Take them to money claim online and get a refund!

I love how everyone gives this company the same terrible review.
Never would I ever purchase from them again. SCAMMERS

cheap scammers, have haD to cancel my debit card as unlike other buy on line sites where you tick to agree t&c'S FOR SINGLE PURCHASE, THESE CON ARTIST SCAM YOU INTO A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE IN VERY SMALL PRINT.

Hi. Just cancelled my payment through the card company. I cant seem to login anymore. Cant remember my password. Cant reset.
Has anyone had any issues with debt collectors.

They did the same thing as everyone else on this forum months agoI cancelled this with my bank and no further action has been taken! Please do not let them take your money. Report your case to trading standards and block your card with your bank. I recently logged on to my skinny cafe account and it says I no longer have any active subscriptions.

Sadly I am unable to give them no stars. Unable to contact anyway other than email. Trick you into subscription. Don’t cancel even when you ask them to and are within the legal 14 days. Read the terms. Misleading advertising. Their guarantees are worth nothing as there are so many caveats to get out of honouring them. Despite what they say in their response I was not emailed about the subscription. Plenty of emails about despatching my order and trying to sell me more stuff but none about the terms. And I have asked to cancel after the 6 months and have still not received a response to this.

This stuff is so disappointingly disgusting. I was hoping it would taste better, but the smell alone kept me from doing anything more than sipping & tossing. Waste of money just for the sample.

i have bought from the company and like many others (although they blame us!) did not see the 6 month subscription.
my purchase was made on the 31st July with my products being sent back by the 8th August. Apparently my subscription has now been cancelled. However, due to reading the reviews i decided to cancel my card with the bank (as a safety net!) but in doing so i now am being told i can not get a refund of my money without updating my account with new card details and therefore setting up a subscription again!
i luckily will only lose £25.00 so thinking time wasted i may as well leave it with them and if that is how they want to make a business work by stealing from people then let them do so.
Hopefully all the reviews on here will help others not make the same mistakes. Awful Company, Awful Customer Service.
Lesson learnt. I will just stay fat and eat crisps and chocolate!

Why do I just get automated responses.

I have had one response on here saying if I signed up I would have had an email, I didnt get an email because I specifically selected ONE OFF PAYMENT however when you email support@skinnycaffe they send another automated email saying about agreeing to terms and check the process online again. Which I did and when I ordered the salted caramel coffee I had the choice of subscription for cheaper or a one off payment of £24.95. I checked the process again and this is the one I selected. I am now hearing I would have received an email. I received an email thanking me for my purchase. But I have not received anything about subscription until I starting asking about returning this product as it was ordered in error. This is the first time I’ve ever sent any of my coffee back to this company and now Gemma is going on and on about this subscription.

I have ordered coffee from you before with no problems. Why is this now an issue? Why after many coffee orders am I now getting automated responses saying this subscription. Like I say I didn’t revive an email straight away about a subscription, just one thanking me for my order.

How can I get a clear response from this company??!!!

I can not get hold of anyone from this company. I selected the item when ordering and I emailed instantly to get this resolved. I then get an email back saying if I want to cancel my “subscription” I can by sending the product back within 14 days.

Firstly, I didn’t select the subscription I selected the one time purchase. I can not get anyone to answer my emails. I will be sending the product back special delivery, next day. However why are they talking about subscription when I selected one time purchase??
I have double checked my order and I paid £24.95 for a ONE OFF PAYMENT. So I am guessing that was sent in error or an automated email response. Why does no one get back to me? I would be happy to change my review if someone actually got back to me via their support email.

I purchased a " FREE TRIAL ITEM " but then have since been told I had done so on subscription!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel this ever since with no luck and no help whatsoever

However 8 days later I became redundant from my job and had to cancel my subscription due to lack of funds and other items such as general living were needed to be prioritized.

I suffer from anxiety and due to recent events I am already suffering with my mental health only to then be sent a very rude and abrupt email -

We have had notification that your payment to us has failed due to blocking the bank transaction. Personally I would strongly advise against this. Otherwise we will have communication as proof from the bank and this correspondence and escalate this legally to our legal and debt collection team. This will then mean you will have to pay extra fees and penalties and any interest on unpaid money.

We would always suggest ensuring you like a product before subscribing to a 6 month contract. You are obliged to see out the remainder of this.

Whenever this has happened we have always obtained the full subscription fee and the customer has ended up paying high fees on top - it is an expensive decision but your choice of course.

^^^^^ Who again is very rude and abrupt I am massively appalled by the lack of empathy this company have in relation to my current situation. They haven't tried to resolve the issue instead threating debt collection in relation to the funds!!!

I can't actually believe this company is allowed to still be running - it is an absolute con and a scam! i clicked on the free trial link on my phone and unknowingly that has entered me in to a 6 month contract apparently i cant get out of! They have threatened me with legal action if i cancel my card! They told me that to have cancelled my subscription (which i had no idea i was signed up to) that i should have sent the product back sealed and un-opened to do so....how on earth is anyone meant to know how vile it is if they do not open it and try it!???!....THIS COMPANY IS A CON AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

Stupidly ordered from this company before reading reviews which I don’t normally do. Took 10 days to receive the order. It’s a 30 day program but the use by runs out by the end of this month!!
Thankfully I didn’t get a subscription.
