Totally disinterested in customers. Messaged to ask if it was still possible to buy a chocolate protein powder and they emailed back to say no unless you have a subscription. I emailed again to ask if it was possible to make a prescription and never bothered emailing me back. A shame.

My girlfriend got a “free” sample of hot chocolate of them and it was a £2.99 delivery charge which she paid for but as soon as she did that they have put her in a subscription that she didn’t agree too. She emailed them asking to cancel the subscription which they replied saying they have but about a week later they’ve toke over £100!!! Out of her bank and aren’t replying to any of her emails, they have left her with absolutely nothing, complete joke

Some of my order was missing and I have had no joy in getting the missing part resent!! They wanted photos .... of what? It’s missing! The communication is horrendous and I still don’t have my missing item! Avoid this company

With the addition of the response below! I didn’t subscribe, it wasn’t a free sample! It was a purchase of products and I paid for the individual portion ..... so what you have written is ridiculous - also maybe just respond to my emails to the customer support email address and this confusion at your end would happen -
So frustrating to deal with!!!!!

Everyone just keep managing your upcoming orders and putting the number to 0.
Change your address etc on your account & eventually these robbing b****** will leave you alone!

Scam you into a subscription, cancel with your bank and return the product otherwise they just keep taking your money. It’s sickening that they write on here they try to make the subscription clear when that is so obviously not the case otherwise why do so many people feel this way!

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Their inability to deal with customer service was absolutely shocking at the beginning when I accidentally got myself into a 6-month subscription which I accepted as an error on my part.

However, when I have asked for information on when I can cancel they were slow to respond to my emails and sent me round in circles, nor did they respond in any coherent way when I asked for help with their website and setting up an account when I realized they locked me into a subscription. Now I have finished my 6-month subscription they will not respond to any emails at all and since trying to cancel they have taken another payment from my account.

***update*** they have since responded to my multiple requests to cancel by referring me back to the Ts&Cs and stating that I cannot cancel for 6 months despite paying the subscription for 7 months. So far when I have presented them with evidence of this fact they have gone back to not responding to any emails.

This company is a massive scam. I will be contacting my bank to ensure they don't take another payment from me and I will be bombarding them with emails until they refund me what they took from me after I asked to cancel.

I'm not one to complain but this company have failed to answer my emails and I seem to be having the same problem as allot of people, bought the usual coffee to later find out I had apparently subscribed to receiving and paying for this product for 6 months, I've read the terms and conditions they send 9 products and take 9 payments over the 6 months sending the product out every 20 days, yet when I am asking the question of when this subscription finishes to make sure I DO NOT pay for this product further, no one answers the question they just say: 'if you please read the terms and conditions', and in them terms and conditions it doesn't say how you can prevent the subscription from renewing. I will have to resort to just cancelling the direct debit once the 9 payments have come out, as I can see other consumers reviews have been replied with the same answer which isn't helpful at all.
It's a shame as I did really enjoy the product but I will have to take my business else where due to the lack of care and the customer services inability to respond adequately to their paying customers, I think they need to look into the subscription due to the fact of so many people having an issue and maybe make sure the customer service team do their job and actually answer customers questions and help with their concerns.

THEY SIMPLY WONT LET YOU CANCEL, IT DOESNT MENTION ABOUT ANY CONTRACT LENGTH, WHEN TRYING TO CANCEL THEY SAY IVE GOT TO BE WITH THEM FOR 6 MONTHS, YET I'VE BEEN WITH THEM ABOUT 9 MONTHS. IVE SENT ABOUT 10 EMAILS, AND THE ONES THAT AREN'T IGNORED SAY I CANT CANCEL.
IVE BERN INTOUCH WITH TRADING STANDARDS WHO SAY THIS IS FRAUDULENT, IVE HAD TO CANCEL MY DIRECT DEBIT VIA MY BANK TO RESOLVE THIS, THE BANK SAID THEY WILL TRY AND GET THE MONEY THAT WAS FRAUDULENTLY TAKEN,

The same as a lot of the reviews, I have been trying to cancel a subscription, which again is well over the 6 months minimum subscription period. First off they sent me the same email saying I couldn’t cancel within 6 months and I should have returned the product within 14 days of receiving, now they are just ignoring my emails. Absolutely disgusting customer service, the company should be shut down.

2nd time in 6 months of ordering, still no delivery 2 months after ordering. Contacted customer service and they said would you like the goods or a refund, I said three times I wanted the coffee and still not arrived each time same question. I have given up and now asked for a refund. Shame because I really love their coffee

My partner subscriped to recieve coffees every month from this company, fast forward 6 months and she decides she no longer wants to have the subscription. As this is within their rules of 6 months she should be allowed to cancel so she emails them. Instead, she is told it 'hasn't been six months' when she has evidence on her account it has been, and to send back the first order in order to cancel,... How does that make sense? She wouldn't have kept the first order the point is to use the coffee... She's starting to think now she won't ever be able to cancel the supriscription!!

I have used this company every month buying coffee and usually it is really good! Expect this time round it took over a week to ship my order, I emailed twice with no reply! Once I received my order it was wrong I was to get 30 days of salted caramel coffee and I only got 1 small sachet, I emailed and got a reply next day asking for my order number and photos which I had already sent in the first email but I sent them again and I have heard nothing back at all.

Now your replay clearly means you haven’t even looked at my complaint as I don’t have a monthly subscription! I reported my order as soon as I received it. It’s hard to send anything back when no one reply’s to you. I had one reply asking for photos and nothing since. As for contacting you if I have any other issues that’s a laugh as I have emailed chasing my complaint twice now and I still haven’t had a single reply! I also haven’t had my ordered corrected or the coffee I actually PAYED for! So i have now paid for coffee which I don’t have and yous are ignoring me but happy to reply lies on a review. What a joke !

horrible tasting products and a terrible subscription policy that they lock you into after 1 purchase. you are unable to cancel at all for 6 months. wo much wasted money

I tried to cancel the order before the free trial ended. It did not work, they did not also answer any of my emails to support. Then they started threatening me and took my money. When i tried to log in my account, they had deleted or blocked it. After that i shut down my credit card. I continued receiving these threats on my email, now saying that i need to put a credit card info that works ”to avoid any penalty charges that can occur”. Only when i threatened them back, saying i am going to contact police and consumer support/agency, they left me alone.

Does anyone still have problems with this company? Because I was on the same subscription of free-trial and I cancelled my bank account, now I get threats, should I be worried? Btw I lost 36euros and didn’t received anything.

I actually had previously used their skinny coffee which I liked so naively didnt google before taking them up on the hot chocolate free sample. I should say I was aware of the subscription (no doubt someone will reply with the same copy and paste job they have used on every other review) although didnt realise you have to send the first product back initially.

My product did not arrive. Royal mail tracking says it was never received by them. I emailed to complain about this and was offered a refund or a resend. I said resend so long as the trial period was reset. No response.
Then I recieved an invoice for my subscription. I responded to say I had not recieved my original order and therefore did not want a subscription. I responded to gemma in our email trail about the not sent item saying do not send. Automated response.
They have taken the money.

They have broken their own terms by not sending the product which I have highlighted to them. Awaiting a response. If they actually fix this I will re post to update.

PLEASE PLEASE do not get the free sample from this company it is a scam they do not tell you that when you get the free sample that you are signed up for 6 months and they take money out of your bank

Worst product, not only taste disgusting but they offer you a free sample and then have in small print in the terms and conditions that this is a subscription and they do not allow you to cancel this for 6 months unless you send back the first product within 14 days which they do not tell you until you email them multiple times and then its almost the 14 days. Luckily I got mine back to them in time to get this cancelled but they did not provide a returns label so I paid for that to be sent back and now they wont refund the £15 they have taken from me for something I did not want! They must have made a lot of money from doing this to people. Everyone should be able to get a refund for any product returned in time and in perfect condition as they will resell this and make more money. Do not use this company they have no customer care and the products are awful. Worst customer experience I've ever had!
