Terrible quality bedding
Terrible quality bedding. Thin and see-through.Different colour from what was advertised on their website. One pillowcase was delivered instead of two as promised. Sheets were shoved into a plastic bag (with Chinese characters) and not folded. Refuse to provide a refund and will only give store credit. I'm going to report them to ACCC as a breach of consumer laws. Cheap Chinese rubbish at Australian prices.

I’m sorry your doona cover had not arrived within the timeframe you expected, and that your refund request did not feel properly handled at the time.
A wait of over a month without a clear resolution is understandably upsetting, and we accept that our previous fulfilment and support processes did not give customers the level of clarity they deserved.
Since this review was left, we have been working through major operational changes, including relocating our Australian fulfilment to be handled from within Australia and expanding our Customer Support team so delayed orders and refund requests are reviewed more carefully.

They take ages to send the items and won't give refunds
I ordered a quilt cover set on November 2nd, and as of November 20th, I still have not received it despite following up on multiple occasions and living in the same state. The company is indeed Adelaide-based, run by Cooper Thomson and Mackenzie Cox (you can find them both on LinkedIn), but they dropship the items from China. I have asked for a refund, and they have said I should have requested it within 24 hours.
*UPDATE* As of December 4th, my order still has not arrived.
*UPDATE* My order eventually arrived mid-December. It was indeed dropshipped from China, and the caretag on the quilt is in Chinese. The quilt itself is just ok (but absolutely not worth what I paid). I would reverse image search anything you want from this business and buy it directly from China - cut out the middle man.

Very cheap quality. Deceptive. Found their products on Temu.
Cheap and flimsy quality. Doesn’t reflect the high price point AT ALL.
They also do not state anywhere on their website that they don’t offer refunds which I find very misleading.
Found a lot of the exact products they sell also on Temu. Not cheap replicas, clearly the actual products. E.g. Found a vase they sell for $137 on temu for $15. Same goes for a lot of their bedding and home wares, including towels and blankets. They make the products sound more expensive by using terms like “luxurious” and “high quality.”
Products clearly come from overseas even though they claim to be a South Australian company. Took nearly a month to get here, through fedex and was packed (more so shoved) in very cheap clear plastic. Wish I didn’t waste $230 on this bedding. Won’t be purchasing from here ever again.
