The Silent Disco Company Group Ltd Omdömen

Brilliant service, super easy setup that was really easily explained with the setup video. Everyone absolutely loved it and the silent disco is going to become a staple at our family Christmas party every year!

The service from the booking enquiry to post event has been incredible and attentive. We had to change our date with little notice which the team dealt with effectively, and the communication was flawless. The headsets worked great, pretty much straight out of the box and we will be booking again!

I booked the silent disco for a surprise for my Daughter’s 21st birthday. The service I received from start to finish was excellent
Steph answered all my concerns nothing was too much trouble. The whole process was flawless from delivery to pickup of the equipment. Everyone had a fantastic time will definitely book again.

We hired a package of headsets, lights, music already on tablets to make our Charity fundraiser night as easy as possible. The equipment was all charged and extremely easy to set up and the instructions were really clear. We were so delighted with it all. We had a fabulous night and such fun, with the music set up with 3 channels it meant we had something for everyone. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. The staff at The Silent Disco company were so helpful and communicated all the info we needed to be sure we got what we needed for our night. The courier also delivered and collected so couldn’t be more convenient. Will definitely do it again!

The silent disco company were really helpful and efficient in providing me with a brilliant silent disco for my party. Everything was user friendly and worked well, I would definitely use them again! Thank you for a very memorable and fantastic evening!

Delivery in good time, well packaged, excellent video to show what to do. All went to plan, and we are booking them up again for a further two events.

Everything arrived ahead of time, I was provided with quick responses to the questions I had, easy to set up and pack away. Sadly, the smoke machine set of the fire alarm a couple of times so we did not end up using that. The disco lights were fabulous. The party was a huge hit for a crowd of 14 year olds. Highly recommend and would use them again.

We booked a silent disco for our family new year's eve party and it went really well.

The delivery was early, the set up was easy to understand and the collection was easy too.

All our guests said they had a wonderful time!

Great experience from start to finish, this is the second time we have used Silent Disco their service is impeccable, will be coming back again and again !!

Always reliable, excellent service all around. Mark and the Team deliver multiple events for us throughout the year and always have gone above and beyond to make sure we are able to put on an excellent show for our customers. They are quick to resolve any issues that come up in good time, and have always worked with us flexibly, and in a pinch.

Service was fantastic on WhatsApp answered anywhere questions I asked. Drop off and pick up seamless and quality of materials.

Great product and excellent service. Ordered 50 headsets with 3 transmitters for a 60th birthday and New Years Eve party. Excellent communication and very accommodating over the Festive period. People were sceptical but by the end really enjoyed the whole experience. Made the party. Would thoroughly recommend as playlists were good and system allowed own playlists to be connected. Excellent value. Thank you.

Really straightforward process to order, get delivered, set up and return. Had a great time, all the kit was easy to set up and worked well. Enjoyed the pre-loaded tablets so we could just get straight into the party! Will definitely use again.

Fantastic service nothing was to much trouble for Mark and his team.
It made my daughter’s day even more special creating memories for all of us.

This is our 3rd year on the run of using the Silent Disco and our New Year’s party wouldn’t be the same without it

Such a great company.

Everything was sent with clear instructions on how to use, the equipment was in great order and so easy to use.
I had a small issue with playback on the night, called the 24 hour hotline and got that sorted straight away.

Wonderful customer service, equipment easy to use and perfect for our event. Delivery and collection seamless. Will 100% be using for future events

Amazing silent disco.
Would highly recommend amazing time had by all at my daughter’s 16th birthday celebrations. Lots of choice on the preloaded I pad’s also which took the stress away.

Thanks to Silent Disco company our event was a smashing success. The headphones all arrived on time neatly packed and with clear and easy instructions. Would definitely use this company again and would absolutely recommend them!!

One of our annual features as part of our end of year fundraising events. Best way for autistic participants in control of their audio levels and three different genres for different ages. No loud sounds but illuminated by red, green and blue headsets! Highly recommend for autistic and SEND parties and events
