Brilliant would highly recommend!

This was my first time trying a silent disco and so glad I chose the right company! Rachel was on hand to answer any questions I had over email she was really nice and helpful. The items in the box arrived fully charged and looked brand new they even threw in a free Happy Birthday headset for my husband which was cute. The tutorial start up video is so easy to follow.DPD did the drop off and collection I couldn’t fault them. Great value for money would highly recommend.

Excellent company, fun Kit

Excellent company, great customer service. Hired 35 silent disco headphones for my husbands 50th birthday, at short notice! Kit arrived quickly with everything we needed and so easy to set up, complimentry pre-loaded tablets were included which were amazing. We had so much fun with these, will definitely be using Boomdisco for our next party.

The equipment failed to arrive on time

The equipment failed to arrive on time, day after the event! totally ruined the charity fundraiser. Also, the equipment was missing a couple of power cables for the transmitters and the headphones looked heavily used. I would not recommend if you are looking for an event.

We take customer feedback extremely seriously and investigate every concern raised.

Following a thorough review of our records, we have been unable to identify any booking, enquiry, invoice, delivery, event or correspondence relating to the experience described in this review.

We have no record of a charity fundraiser booking matching these details, no record of a delivery arriving after an event, and no record of any customer reporting missing equipment or raising a complaint of this nature.

As a result, we have formally challenged this review with Trustpilot and requested verification of the reviewer’s experience. At the time of writing, no evidence has been provided to substantiate the claims made.

If the reviewer has genuinely interacted with Boom Disco, we would welcome the opportunity to investigate further and ask that they contact us directly with their booking reference, event date and contact details so that we can review the matter in full.
