The website is very slow & some aspects do not work as they should. However hopefully these are being sorted after I phoned them. The items are mostly good quality delivery is slow.

Another disappointing experience with…
Another disappointing experience with RefStop. Placed an order of items that were available on their website only to receive an email over a week later to say that one of the items was out of stock and the order hadn't been shipped. Second time it's happened in four months causing the delivery to be delayed again.

Ordered a badge on Sunday 11th and was delivered on Friday afternoon..

Just to clarify, your order was placed on Sunday 11th and was received by us on Monday 12th. It was then processed and dispatched by our team via Royal Mail the following day, Tuesday 13th.
Unfortunately, once an item has been handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside of our direct control. We do appreciate how frustrating this can be, especially when working to a deadline, and we’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
