Maxine in customer support has been awesome! Super responsive and was able to fix my mistake in the delivery address. The items were delivered quickly. When I realised a wrong item was sent, Maxine was quick to fix the error.

Quick and reliable. However did order something and it has not shown not really fussed as it was a back up item mainly. But always helpful and friendly.

Great Product and Customer Service
Products are excellent, use them twice weekly. Delivery was on-time and packaged well, Pricing is a bit steep for some things but the qaulity is remarkable, 100% reccomend and I look forward too using the refstop equipment throughout my career.
