Holy cow! What a find! I would never have been able to afford Jimmy Choos! The Real Real is amazing!

I always consign my item at the Realreal and am happy with the result and i buy also with them coz the price is reasonable

Bag was way over priced for the quality where it had rips…

Really friendly. Really helpful. Totally enjoyable shopping experience. They also have some really nice merchandise.

As a full service consignment site, they took care of everything expertly so that all I had to do was sit back and collect funds. Most definitely a great experience.

Terrible experience with this business! Product did not arrive as described. I bought a purse and someone tried to cover up the fact the strap was broken. Now they won’t return it. I would NOT buy from this business.

Shoes were near perfect, nicely packaged and arrived quickly.

Definitely read the fine print before you give this company your items!! It says they sold my purse for $116 and I only get a check for $35! And when I went back into my account it shows I only get $22 now because they charge a “$12.75 processing fee” to send you a check! I NEVER would’ve given them my stuff if I knew I’d basically get no cash for it!

Completely incompetent and ridiculous team of people including executives and management who does not care about their customers. Accusing me of fraud when I hadn’t done anything except change a billing or shipping address. In this extremely competitive market where you can buy your products elsewhere and sellers are selling their goods in different sites, you do not need to purchase from the real real as they make no attempts to resolve disputes. Going back on their word and back and forth. This is what they write after they have given me a credit and apologizing for errors that they made:

helpful staff and easy in-person experience. great selection in-store of various indie & high-line brands in pristine condition. Nothing extremely affordable, but its to be expected with the surrounding area/market & limited retail space.

I did end up purchasing a brand new handbag at the bloomingdale's across the street after being dissatisfied with the size and fit of the one I purchased from therealreal app. But- did end up consigning a few items I had been procrastinating about for years! two birds one stone

**Measurements are apparently notoriously mis-labeled and improperly represented on the app, which is what lead to my huge amount of clothing returns.
