I took for ever to get the site credit for me and my friend did not get yet

I ordered a Michael Kors Purse. They sent a No name brand item that was almost completely destroyed then tried to keep my money. I called my bank and thank goodness they protected me and did not make me pay for this item.

At check out of my order, I paid for delivery and duty fees but at delivery additional duty fees representing 30% of the order were requested. That is not a way of doing business in hiding to customers the Real cost of an item.

Please readers do not sell your items through TheRealReal!!!! Please I have been a customer since 2014. I am considered a VIP customer yet when I need to speak to someone to have an item pulled out of the sale because I want it back nothing happens and it sells!!! to become a VIP customer you have to sell at least $10,000 a year, that is the biggest joke becoming a VIP customer I have consigned many items of jewelry much of it, very fine items if you make the mistake of questioning the price that they placed on the item that just puts your merchandise limbo, it takes weeks sometimes months to speak to a real live person. And that is how they treat their VIP customers. Yesterday I called and tried to speak to someone on the telephone. I eventually was routed to someone in India. She had a very heavy accent. I told her I had a hard time understanding her. I asked her where she was located. She would not tell me she kept saying she was a global Employee. One of the benefits supposedly of being a VIP customer is you could ask for your items back at any time that isn’t even true because twice this week I ask for an item to be returned to me. And now I see it as sold.

The Cook County States Attorney needs to look into the RealReal. They are lying thieves! My cousin had to retain an attorney who will now engage our States Attorney office. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE REALREAL. My cousin will be posting ALL her text messages.

You sent me a product that was supposed to be size medium but I received large instead and I have requested to return the item but have not received a return label ?
So I am not entirely satisfied nor happy with your supposed TRR?

It comes super quick! But the packaging it came in was suspicious and weird. It came in a black bag and it should have been in original packaging and the Hermes box. The necklace did come in good condition though but for $500 it should come with the box and an authentication receipt.

Onsite help was great, order on line went smooth.
I wish you could negotiate watch prices.

Paid over $200 to ship one bag to Australia only for UPS to request another $350 in taxes? What the hell was the $200 for then?? May not be TRR’s fault but buyers from Australia should avoid.
