Ordered 8 free items, paid for shipping, on January 2, 2021. I've just received my order today (January 23, 2021).
My husband is extremely pleased with the quality of all the items, and how fast we got it!
Giving it to my Democratic sisters...

I see I’m not the only one with the same problem. I ordered tow product about $56 in July I have not received my items nor will they issue me a refund. I’m disputing the charge but since it’s been a while I’m not sure it will go through.

Do not but anything from them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Wish I would have searched for reviews prior to my order. These people are NOT proud republicans and they should be ashamed of themselves to even assume they are. I ordered a flag in September and still haven’t received it. After several back and forth emails asking for a refund, I was told today that they don’t issues refunds. I didn’t make a donation. I ordered a product, a product I never received! These guys are a joke!!

I put in a order in April and never got my hat, they did take my money.

I bought 2 caps in june and till know nothing! They answer the same thing every questioning I made! I think it's a bot answering... Do not buy anything from them! They are not professional at all!

RIP off. Same story as the rest. Ordered 2 hats. They never came. Emailed them and was told they will send me something for free.... how's anything free when I didn't get one of anything for 20 bucks.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! -As a Trump supporter, I came across this website on 10/15, thinking I was going to get gear from like minded people for an upcoming rally and the election, so I placed an order. After a few days of NO SHIPPING info, thought, how odd of a Republican organization to be so slow, as we are so efficient!!! So, I emailed them and got back this auto reply from the MAILER-DAEMON@yahoo, that my email could not be delivered due to the following: (spam/virus571: 5.7.1 Message contains spam or virus or sender is blocked : shirt92_1805f5d27281). Wow, I did not order a shirt and now freaked out a bit but still want my stuff, so I added the email to my contacts thinking maybe that will make the message go through. I then go online and look for reviews to find a whole host of people have also had issues... Meanwhile, got back a message from "Sarah" (hum) that my order will take blah, blah (way to long) to process and another blah, blah..(15 bus days) to ship? Immediately emailed back saying I want to cancel as time frame will miss rally on 10/24 and also entire election.
The reply was another canned from "Sarah" saying 'sorry, no cancel, order dispatched'. WTH does that even mean? So, I started a Pay Pal dispute. Guess what? The minute I did that, "Sarah" (BS) sent an email that some of my items have been shipped! Yay? Except, at this point, I had already sourced them locally from our HQ and no longer want them but will have to wait for the 'seller' to reply in order to escalate the Pay Pal dispute to a claim.... fully expecting to escalate to a claim, a few days later a couple of flags (2) and a hat arrived in my mailbox. The return address was USTOSHOP.COM (website with Chinese characters, look it up and you will see) 2050 E 52nd St, Vernon, CA 90058. ...Ok... only received a fraction of the order but the flags bought locally got chewed up in the first convoy, so I'll need them for the next one.... No further response from "Sarah" in China but miraculuously today, received more flags, which is almost the entire order, minus one more item, the super cute Trump socks, I actually paid $17.76 for. So, I sent another email asking "Where's the Socks"? ...and got that same MAILER-DAEMON@yahoo/spam/virus/blocked.... even though they were already added to my contacts and had came through previously. The bottom line is, DO NOT order from this Chinese crap, they are not REPUBLICANS and most certainly NOT even AMERICANS. Still waiting for the Trump socks, which, unlike the other "free" (except for shipping) items, actually cost $17.76 LOL ...and will escalate Pay Pal dispute if I do not receive. WAY TOO MUCH WORK FOR ITEMS YOU CAN GET CHEAPER LOCALLY AT YOUR TRUMP HQ -OR ON AMAZON in 2 days... also, every time you try to email them back you get the mac color wheel, or PC equivalent, SUSPICIOUS! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst website I have ever ordered something off of!!! DO NOT USE THEM they will scam you and steal your money. They have Awful Customer service too

This website is a SCAM. I ordered first on 9/12/20 and since then have been getting the same copy and paste excuses. "lost in transit" or "your order has been placed, be patient". Sarah is nothing but a crook trying to steal your money. I even emailed and asked for a refund and they said they can't do that. Then I said I would report them and they replied with the worst grammar I've ever seen, basically proving they're not professional. DO NOT waste your money on this bs, I repeat DO NOT. The people who got their orders were only lucky because this website had to at least send a few orders out and not look suspicious, but they failed.

I ordered five hats from this website in early October and they just arrived. Shipping took a little while but I love the products!

I ordered a couple of items, off Instagram in September and I am still waiting! Customer service is nonexistent at best! Don't waste your time or money!

I am writing this review even before I have received the 1 item I ordered. DO NOT order anything from this site!!! The customer service is terrible and as I have found out to late that the prices are terrible also. I am grateful that I only ordered 1 small item so my loss is minimal but I will not be using this site again. I sent a message a day after I placed my order asking then to cancel it but they responded that since its been processed it could not and would not be cancelled. It has not been shipped yet! I found the exact same product on another site that was cheaper and will get to me in half the time. In closing I have to day again DO NOT order from this site unless you want to throw your money away. They are not interested in you just your money.

Don't waste your money. Their products are garbage. I ordered a hat and the quality is so bad that I will never wear it. Also, they shipped it in a bag. It is so messed up that it will never go back into shape. They have a no return and no refund policy. Don't buy anything from these people. They are obviously in China.

My order was placed and I received one of the items. Two other items were “on the way to a USPS facility” on 8/28/20... it’s 10/9/20 now and my iotems are“On the way to a USPS facility”. Repeated emails to “Sarah” in customer deflection have been a complete waste of time. They state I can’t receive a refund because my items “have shipped”. I’m pretty sure, looking at the other ratings here that good ole Sarah just uses cut and paste in her email responses with that phrase. I guess the shipment could actually still be on it’s way to a USPS facility if the guy delivering it is in a boat with an outboard motor on his way from Chi-Na!

Slow delivery, but did arrive, it’s not the best quality though, but you should support these guys

Paid via paypal. Good communication, received all items ordered. 17 days in total is when I received my last shipment. 5 shipments for 2 orders.

Organization is doing a great service for the party and community. Some items are at a cost, MOST are free and good quality.

KEEP AMERICA GREAT and ignore the complainers.

Ordered back in June, received nothing but a bunch off Bull*^#! excuses. Lost in transit from Sarah. F*** these people. Stealing you're money and giving it to Sleepy Joe and Heels up Harris.

I ordered my flags using the link on Instagram and then I read reviews here and I was concerned I wasn’t going to get my flags. But I got them and they’re perfect! 25 dollars for three flags!
