Don’t use these scammers.. Unfortunately having to deal with my bank now to get my money back as these parasites will not support

Ich habe zwei paar Ohrringe gekauft. Das eine Paar ist gar nicht angekommen, das andere entsprach nicht den Fotos. Ich habe versucht mehrmals über E-Mails den Shop zu kontaktieren mit der Bitte um Rücksendeetikett und Rückerstattung des Geldes. Der Kundenservice reagierte überhaupt nicht auf meine Bitten . Man darf dort nichts kaufen, das Geld ist dann verloren. Weder Geld noch Ware

I bought two pairs of shoes. One is great and the other is not my taste. I have written several emails asking for a return label- I have not gotten any response! This is unacceptable! Please help!
Do not buy these shoes unless you are sure you want to keep them- impossible to return!!!

Never buy from this online shop. It's almost a scam and they will never give you a refund or exchange.
In my case, the size was too big, so I wanted to return it and exchange it.
They finally told me(We have a suggestion, instead of returning, can you keep the shoes to give to someone and can you support us )

Garbage merchandise. It's like flushing your money down the toilet and there is zero customer service for returns. They just simply ignore you. Be warned

I ordered over $1,300 of “luxury‑style” items from LoveAmo. The shoes arrived defective, with a manufacturer decal printed into the red sole (after removing the protective tape), and two items never arrived. The seller refused a return or refund and offered absurd “spray glue” fixes instead. I’ve filed a chargeback. Do not buy from this company.

They are scammers . You order ... they take your money .... then say it is not in stock .

Do not buy from them the package will never reply and they are a scam the customer service representative is extremely rude

They told me the package was lost so I opened a credit card dispute and I was told that they can’t help me find my package that shipped at the beginning of March because I opened the dispute and contacting customer service is useless
Some messages from him:
“ I have never met a customer like you.”
“ If your losing money that’s not my fault”

Ordered many bags. Repetitive mistakes sending wrong color / broken bags. Seller provided return address and agreed to send the correct order, but I had to pay $80-120 to send back to china. Last bag I returned, the seller went dark and now stopped replying. Overall I’ve lost $500 or so with this company. I found multiple website with similar names and similar bags I suspect they all came from the same seller, and under other business names they all have bad reviews. Shady!

Bad experience - ordered a bag 2 month ago. Still haven't received it :-( Has been told that the bag i shipped, but it's not, and nothing happens. They keep saying that i will get it i a few days, but the tracking link shows that nothing has been shipped!
