Bad experience with staff
Hi,
We went to a perfume shop today around 5 o’clock. There was a lady working there with a nose piercing and her hair in a bun. She was using her phone the entire time.
We asked her twice for help, and she replied very rudely, saying, “I am busy.” After about three minutes, she spoke to us again in a rude manner and said, “We don’t have this product,” and then started speaking in her own language.
Seriously, she ruined my day.

Excellent customer service
Ordered online what I thought was Romance for men. Got sent the female version so took it into the perfume shop store in Reading to exchange, only to find romance for men no longer exists. However, the staff were so helpful, looking up whether it was available anywhere. They offered to refund or to gift wrap the one I’d brought with me to return. Beyond the call of duty/expectation. Sent me home better!
