Det här tycker kunderna
I would give zero stars if possible. This is a terrible company to do business with. Ordered an outdoor rug at the beginning of summer, that by all indications on their web site was in stock. Recei... Se mer
Love this Halo rug. The saffron color warms up my north-facing space, and gives a cozy feeling to the living room. I'm happy to have no synthetic fibers in the rug, just cotton warp and rough wool w... Se mer
Absolutely gorgeous rug. Beautiful addition to our house. The rug feels soft underfoot, the edging complements it perfectly. The rubber coating on the back functions as a rug pad perfectly. We had to... Se mer

Satisfied new customer
Came well wrapped and no damage. Needed to let rug sit so it would lay flat, but instructions were great. I had a special sized rug made to fit in an unique spot and this fits perfect! Very happy with the results

The Difficult Rug
There were numerous problems involved with this order. I have gone over all of them with the customer service department and finally received the rug when I threatened to cancel the order. Much of the problems were with shipping (a separate company) and I have contacted them with complaints related entirely to them. My chief complaint with TPR is their lack of followup and attention to issues before they become problems.
The rug seems nice and I did appreciate the help at the very end of this order.

The latex backing is giving off an odor. I hope it will dissipate soon. Even though I used the sample rug piece and latex backing that was sent to me to confirm my door would slide over it easily, when received today, there is a drag under the door. I'm hoping it will lie flatter as it is walked on and this will no longer be an issue.
