We bought a "reclaimed elm" bathroom vanity from Blackbrook Interiors. Everything went very smoothly, and we're really happy with the unit.

We'd been let down by an Etsy seller and needed to get a replacement fairly urgently. Was nervous after reading the 1 star reviews but had no issues: phoned up, spoke to Ben who was helpful, arranged delivery and paid by phone, unit arrived on pallet as promised 3 days later.

KEEP WELL AWAY!!! I have never ever come across such an evil, vile and vindictive man. Never ever have i heard such vile and foul language frequently using the C word and many other unrepeatable words.

Came across Lee from this company at the ideal home show. SO rude, abrupt and dismissive. Clearly an unhappy and frustrated individual. He has zero customer service skills and business acumen. I was literally enquiring about an item and he would randomly walk away mid conversation and be very abrupt. i came back to the stall later where he continued with his intimidating behaviour. When I told him he had poor customer service skills he told me to leave. Clearly couldn't handle the truth. Bizarre how you can come to an exhibition show in London and not have the fundamental communication and interpersonal skills to interact with members of the public. Do yourself a favour and steer very clear.

Ben Rowan is an aggressive, foul mouthed, despicable man. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere, otherwise you may as well just throw it out the window.

We went looking for mid century items. Great place if you like tacky mass produced homewares and don’t mind spending a small fortune for them!

The worst customer service ever!!! Ben Rowan who was dealing with my order should be permanently unemployed!! The parcel was incorrectly addressed and never reached me. After waiting over 2 weeks, I emailed the Blackbrook to ask what happened. They said the Royal Mail tried to deliver my parcel and he gave me the tracking number (it was never provided to me before). I went to the post office depot and it appeared that the parcel did not contain the correct address. I emailed Ben showing the error. As a response I received this answer: "I think you are going a little over the top here. It was a simple case of human error, have you never made a mistake ? Perhaps i should have my packing lady flogged - would that appease you ?
Theres far more going on in the world today than to get yourself so wound up over a simple small error by someone. Get a life Dotoroa". I was utterly shocked and disgusted about this person's attitude. Wow... I have no words... disgusted!!

Extremely poor customer communication. Arogant, pig headed and obnoxious.
As a potential customer, and in all my 61 years I have never been treated so badly to the point of being abused.
Avoid this awful company.
