Brilliant customer service. I got their email saying my order was with the courier, but I was going away in a couple of days for 3 weeks. I emailed them, but I had zero expectations because nothing is... Se mer
Excellent delivery the two man team unwrapped the mirror and checked it all before they left. Mirror needs two men to put it up as it’s very heavy
Perfect delivery, the guy even carried it inside for me. All packaged extremely well and on time too. It looks stunning.

The mirror ate- clock it
An exquisite mirror that has completely elevated my space and provided the perfect finishing touch. It beautifully combines the appearance of a framed piece of art with the practicality of a mirror, creating a striking focal point in the room. My open-plan living and kitchen area now looks like something straight out of an interior design magazine. I am absolutely delighted with it.

Excellent service and product
Beautiful mirror - even better than in the photos. Very heavy but great quality. Delivery was as promised and I was kept informed. No problems at all.

Poor quality mirror
Poor quality mirror. The longline mirror we purchased looks good at a glance, however the production of it is evidently cheap.
The mirror is not well supported structurally and therefore it is very flexible and thus very fragile - there is no hard backing to provide it with integrity. Within 3 weeks a silver line appeared from the bottom of the mirror, which the online mirror shop claims to be a crack despite both the backing and front being smooth . However I suspect it is due to poor manufacture as this appeared during the recent heatwaves.
They have a 14 day policy to report any issues, therefore any issues thereafter is deemed the customer's issue thereafter.
Will I be purchasing from this company again? No.
In hindsight this is a good lesson for me. In the future I will use a more trusted retailer, whom I know can guarantee the quality of the product.
It was also interesting knowing that the registered director of the company (BMB ENTERPRISES TRADING LIMITED as per the vat number on the website) was the one who handled my query rather unhelpfully.
