Excellent service
My items were delivered within 48 hours of placing the order. The mirror was lovely, good quality and as the image but sadly it dwarfed my living room so I had to return it.
The return process was very simple and again efficient. My item was collected promptly and the money returned to my account upon collection.
Communication has been excellent from start to finish from customer service through to the courrier.

Purchasing and delivery experience were absolutely flawless.
The product looks very nice but where the wood laminate joins on ‘the back of the side table’ the glue/sealant is quite visible.

Excellent communication
The communication from William Wood post purchase and up to delivery was exemplary; they let me know expected arrival time and then closer to delivery, the driver texted me to let me know his name and approximately when my mirror was going to arrive at my house. I was pleasantly surprised at the personal touch. The mirror is beautiful and will be putting it up shortly.
