Good experience
Good customer service and great product but delivery team not very careful leaving marks in the walls on a new flat. The customer service reached me out asap and they solved it. Accident happens sometimes but they act quick to solve it

3 hours delay on the delivery and no…
3 hours delay on the delivery and no one reached out to advise or give an explanation or estimated delivery time. Contacting to the chat team and the same, unable to give me any answer on the delivery and still waiting.
Updated: The team who delivered it was nice and helpful and they apologised, it was not their fault as delays happens, but someone from the office should have advise of such a delay.

Share ownership purchase was done very smoothly and actually fast, in less than 2 months.
Tracey, from the sales team, was brilliant and she helps throughout the whole process not just the selling part.
I hope Peabody continues being responsive like that also after completion!
