Same mirror much cheaper elsewhere, still with free delivery. Pays to compare prices. Needless to say I didn't order direct.

Credit card payment wouldn’t go through twice. Delivery five days overdue. Sent wrong size mirror. Now waiting another week for collection (we had to repackage the wrong one) and hopefully correct delivery.

This mirror was exactly what we required for our living room and we saw it advertised on various websites and also cheaper than we paid for it on Amazon which was a bit of a bummer, but all the reviews for the manufacturer?/seller (Mirror Outlet) were pretty poor in terms of dealing with any issues, but as this was perfect for the room we decided to go with Amazon as their returns and refunds policy have all always worked well for us.
The mirror was superbly packed with 3 layers of thick cardboard and insulation and the mirror was in perfect condition, so we were fortunate that we had no issues with this purchase.
This mirror is currently £15 cheaper on Amazon than we paid for it, so it's an excellent buy right now.

Excellent product and service. Delivery was prompt and we were informed at every stage, the delivery driver was also incredibly helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience. After reading reviews about issues with returns I was worried. My mirror arrived with a crack. I contacted the company and they arranged a replacement. I had some of the original packaging and was told to “pack it’s as best as possible”

Can’t fault the service.

I recently tried to return an item to B&Q (supplied by Mirror Outlet) that was in perfect, unused condition and well within the return window. However, my return was denied by Mirror Outlet solely because I no longer had the original packaging. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since B&Q’s own terms and conditions do not state that original packaging is a strict requirement for returns.

To make matters worse, the customer service representative I dealt with at Mirror Outlet was unhelpful and dismissive, which only added to the frustration.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed. I expected better from Mirror Outlet and will be raising a formal complaint. I’m also sharing this review so others are aware of how rigid and unaccommodating their returns process can be.

On the other hand, I want to acknowledge that B&Q’s customer service team has been excellent. They’ve supported me in trying to resolve the issue and have pushed the supplier to accept the return in alternative packaging. Their assistance has been the one positive aspect of this experience.

Purchased a 6 x 4 mirror from Mirror Outlet via the Amazon site. Fitted this to a solid 12mm plywood base. My young granddaughter accidently boke it after only 2 days of use! She was very upset. She wrote to Mirror Outlet who managed to send a full replacement. Superb customer service!

Be very careful when buying a garden mirror from Mirror Outlet. Ours had loads of rust within a year. Mirror Outlet wouldn't do anything as it was over 6 months old. It was obvious in the pictures that the rust had been there a while. Also stained our wall. So sadly a £200 mirror hasn't even lasted a month. So beware

Avoid. Ordered a large mirror via The Range, arrived with three really deep etched damage marks in the mirror, sadly didn't see them until it was hung in daylight, £129 mirror left the warehouse damaged. They also expect me to return this huge mirror, in it's original packaging. Wasn't looking for a refund just some money back but they clearly don't know what good customer service looks like.

I nearly purchased a lovely large mirror from Next to find it on Mirror Outlet for a discounted price! Saving me £80.

Since ordering I have had email updates on when the expected delivery was and speedy response by customer services on any questions I had (moment of panic about fitting it in my house LOL).

Delivery came yesterday from the most patient, friendly driver who unfortunate for him had me as a lifting partner and my princess hands were struggling.
Anyway then I got to unbox the STUNNING MIRROR - did I cry with happiness? Yes, yes I did.

Beautiful product! 10/10 customer service. 10/10 Delivery service and updates.

I will 100% recommend to shop here to my friends and family & thank you again.

Quality mirror delivered on time, and for a great price too! Will defo shop here again!

I placed an order earlier this week, only to be contacted today to say that they won't deliver to my area in the UK! They cancelled the order without even asking if I would like it delivered to an alternative address.
So I guess they don't want my money.
Now that I've read the reviews on here I can see they are getting a lot of bad feedback and I have to say I can see why.

If i could give 0 i would, i placed an order for a large item through the range, the order arrived smashed, however in the packaging so either smashed then packaged or smashed in transit, when we removed it from the cardboard packaging the glass started coming forward in the bubble wrap! as i am only 5ft and the mirror was so much taller than me i chose to leave it in the wrapping, i sent all images to the range got no response i tried calling messaging etc, its took 3 weeks to get a response, and i have also contacted the mirror outlet, there response being all you sent is an image of broken glass (not correct) and they cant help unless i get the item collected, i have 2 children under the age of 5 in the house and there was no way i would keep an item this size damaged in my home! its a wonder it didn't come through the bubble wrap that would have been a disaster! no help from customer service! i am now seeking legal advice.

The picture on line doesn’t do it justice beautiful mirror! The service was fab too I messaged to say I wouldn’t be in on the day of delivery, David messaged to try and rearrange in the meantime fragalistics got in touch to say delivery would be nice and early so no need to rearrange, impressed that a specialist delivery service is used too ! Highly recommend

I originally received an extra large lean-to mirror that had been damaged in transit. However I'm giving 5 stars because David went above and beyond to get a replacement sent out to me, and the original mirror was collected. The communication was excellent and I got email confirmations from the transit company and then further notification of the delivery time window. I now have a beautiful mirror in my lounge and I am a satisfied customer. Thank you David and team at Mirror Outlet!

Really surprised by the poor reviews for this retailer. I have now bought three large size (one hanging, two 'lean-to's') mirrors over 18 months and each time the price, product and service has been fantastic. I rarely give five star reviews, but they deserve it.

So disappointed, we bought a large mirror from mirror outlet, and after 6 month's the mirror is bowed and almost falling off the wall. They refuse to help as its been over 6 months. Poor product and even poorer service.

Discrimination for women as they refuse to deliver unless you carry large objects over 8 stone
