Overall, a great service. Very competitive prices and friendly service. The only reason it's 4 rather than 5 stars is that if they could speed up delivery to continental Europe that would be great and while the person I spoke to on their Dublin number to enquire about progress was extremely clear and helpful, the website makes it very difficult to find that number. Overall, I would recommend over most German lighting suppliers.

Great light, exactly what I was looking for - however, slightly disappointed that it carries a British flag, and says Great British Designs, giving the impression it’s UK made, when in fact it is made in China. In some ways not so surprising given the well known phone brand is designed in California but made in China too.

A good selection of lighting products especially if you’re looking for something a bit different. Good processes for sourcing from Europe and good delivery times if there is no stock on hand. Well packaged and good communication.

very good prices got my lights very quick

I received the light promptly and in tact. Thank you. But it was awkward fitting the light as the fitter said the wires, connectors and attachments were too small to allow them to connect to the wiring that was there. So it took a bit more time and we had to buy new connectors for it. Otherwise I love the light.

We ordered 2 Phaedra lamps for our living room. They arrived, very well packaged, 3 or 4 days later. The lamps are lovely, both with & without being illuminated so we are very happy with our choice & would be pleased to recommend them.

ordered a desk lamp arrived well packed and quickly on opening the shade on lamp had rust spots on the inside contacted Online Lighting they immediately sent out a replacement which was all good and worked well. well done prompt service.

when I informed this company they had the wrong person/email address (as I’ve never ordered from them) their support response was to ask me what the right person/email was...

Since then, I continue to get emails from them so I’m leaving this one star review due to awful support shown to date.

The online lighting store - it took a while to receive my 3 lampshades. I only needed one shade and I did keep one - small box sand 50 cm = great quality, really pleased. I then returned the other two = no bother. Good company.

Very easy to search on the website for what we wanted. Easy to order and arrived swiftly. They came very well packaged, as they were glass, and included easy to follow installation instructions. They were both wired and up in an hour.
