I placed an order on 3/7, it said items were in stock. I had to wait until 11/8 for the goods after chasing several times. Calls go unanswered. I had to chase several times for an invoice. Not the best experience. Had I been told about the wait I would have gone elsewhere. Misleading.

Fantastic service. Great selection of lights. Quick delivery. Had a change of mind with a light fitting and no issues with returns. Would not hesitate to order from The Online Lighting Store again.

These lights were a really excellent buy. I came across them quite by chance whilst browsing the internet and they were absolutely everything I wanted: retro, with 1930s-style flex but 21st century wiring, brushed gold that matched the new kitchen perfectly, substantial in size and also dimmable. They hang above my new kitchen island and really set it off.

The lady with whom I spoke on the phone was a wonderful advert for the company: able to communicate with clarity, courteous and kind. All in all the decision to buy these lights was one of the best I've made. Thank you!

Easy to order on line. It was a replacement part for broken crystal glass on table lamp. Part was well packaged to protect from breakage during transit. Part arrived a few days after ordering.

Beautiful grey bubble glass shade. Love it, looks amazing and interesting because of the unusual bubbles blown into the glass. It is a large shape and let's light flood through. Great buy.

Ordered a tester pot of Laura Ashley paint 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received it, contacted them promised to re-send it but nothing. Have emailed to ask for a refund but no response so far…… not impressed. Shame as was going to order some lights from them but wouldn’t now after this experience.
