I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering a chair from this company. The chair arrived, only a short while after the stated 5-10 days for delivery (although there was no notice of delivery until the day before and no option to choose a more convenient day). But the chair was the wrong one. Since then I’ve been sent the wrong returns label twice and on four occasions they have told me they’ve scheduled a collection, but the chair has not been collected. This means that I have waited home needlessly on four different days, and I’m still stuck with a massive box in my house and no clue when it will be collected (and the correct chair delivered.)

EDIT: I opened a support request with FedEx myself and arranged a successful collection. I am not sure why I was successful and The Office Crowd were not. The correct chair was sent and it's very good.

Product arrived was incorrect, did not fit.

Have tried contacting you to arrange collection and replacement, but had no response.

Disappointing, I specifically checked these were the correct replacement parts for the specific model of chair before ordering, and they're clearly not.

***Further Edit/Update; nothing from this business despite emails to their 'customer service' email; have requested a refund, and will update here if that ever arrives, or whether I have to go to the hassle of contacting Credit Card provider to notify them this company is scamming consumers

Its been 2 weeks and ive no idea where my order is - Tracking shows that FedEx still dont have the item to deliver. Ive emailed to ask for help and had no response. Sadly i can only give 1 star as you keep requesting feedback this is all i can offer.

Will I ever receive my order? I've been waiting for two stools for a month now; I've written several times but have only received vague replies with no information about delivery. This seems unprofessional to me, and I have no idea what will happen, whether I'll ever receive my order, or when.

Absolutely appaling service. I placed and order for a chair, then cancelled it (confirmed as cancelled by the CS team, and refunded). They sent the chair irrespective of my cancellation. Fine, I liked the chair so I paid for it. Nice sales strategy.

Then they sent another identical chair for free. Emailed several times to arrange collection; a month later and three FIRM collection days when I stayed home to make sure it's gone - still not collected. The latest explanation is that 'the Fedex man is on holiday'. It's a shame - the chair is amazing and I would have bought other stuff from them but now I won't.

Chair arrived within a reasonable time and fully assembled, wasn’t expecting that. Very happy with the chair & service.

I was initially a little worried because I didn’t receive any updates for around 9 days after placing my order.

My chair arrived in less than 2 weeks after ordering, and it was absolutely worth the wait.

The chair arrived fully assembled, was very well packaged, and honestly looked almost brand new. I ordered a refurbished Humanscale Liberty Task Chair, and the quality exceeded my expectations.

I’ve been struggling with neck, shoulder and back discomfort from working long hours at my desk, and this is by far the best office chair I’ve ever owned. It’s incredibly comfortable and supportive.

If you’re considering ordering, I’d just recommend being aware that dispatch may take a little longer than you’re used to, but in my experience the chair arrived exactly as described and the quality was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from The Office Crowd again. One thing that really stood out to me was the free delivery to Northern Ireland. Many other retailers I looked at were charging around £100 for delivery because Northern Ireland isn’t classed as mainland UK. The Office Crowd offered free delivery, which made a huge difference and was one of the reasons I chose to order from them. That was a big bonus and very much appreciated. Thank you so much!

No complaints at all. Website order worked well. The chair shipped slightly earlier than the estimate (a good thing). Was well packaged. And the chair is great. Very pleased with the quality.

Chair is good and comfortable . The four stars are only for the delivery time . The customer services was good in replying .

Got a call from Customer service. Arranged a refund for the part that was missing but asked me to send an email. Sent the email for the refund only to be questioned what I wanted the refund for. I think they are trying to improve their customers service but still just rubbish. No organisation. Product missing parts and not up to a reasonable quality. Better just to by 2nd hand off of eBay.

Went above and beyond to replace a chair part my kittens damaged before the chair was even out of its wrapping! Very happy customer

The product quality is amazing for second hand office furniture. Delivery takes a while but it is ok if you don’t need the furniture immediately.

The chair came delivered in two parts that just popped together. It was carefully packaged and delivered by DHL. The gas lift works fine and the chair looks brand new. Really happy with quality/price.

I was a bit concerned by the reviews regarding long waits for delivery etc, but my experience has been perfect in this regard - 5 days from ordering to arrival, less if you include the weekend. Chair is brilliant, thank you for this.

One thing i should say to The Office Crowd is to maybe rethink using FedEx and instead choosing a courier that actually wants to do their job - they sent one delivery guy who spent the entire time complaining to me about the fact my estate doesn't have a lift (like I was the architect!) Had to go down and help him bring it up - considering that my job is not a delivery man, and that the reason for ordering a new chair is for my bad back, this wasn't ideal. Obviously not TOCs fault so no stars removed for this, just wanted to raise it as an issue :)

I had no issues. I ordered a Knoll Generation. Came in great condition with no dents or bumps. Its very comfortable and much better than my racing/gaming chair I had before. I got an addition 10% off from a code on their site. I paid for the shipping protection as you know how shipping companies can be nowadays and it came 9 days after I purchased it online which was within their 10 working day shipping window as the advertise. Would recommend, Would use again in the future but imagine my new chair will last me a while :)
