This was an amazing find, the chair that I wanted at a fraction of the price and the refurbishment is so good you wouldn't know it wasn't a brand new chair. highly recommend.

No complaints regarding refurbed quality office chair at vastly cheaper prices than a new one. Packaged well and Fed X delivered on due date and time window. Customer service responded promptly and were pleasant and informative. Only reason why not a five star review was it took twice the stated time, 20 rather than 10 days to complete my order. So, if you are happy to wait and not in a hurry, happy to recommend this company

My order was left outside my house, on the street. It was subsequently stolen.
I was told that as it wasn't my fault, I would be getting a replacement.
After internal restructures, I have been told they have to do an 'investigation', despite me already sending video evidence and a policy crime number.

I am without my order, my money or any resolution!!

Could not keep to their delivery timelines they publish. Could not advise when delivery was going to be made. Noone appeared to want to own the issue. However, they refunded in full quickly when I cancelled after waiting 17 days.

Excellent product and great service. Love my new refurbished office chair, the quality is superb.

Initial order process was smooth. Unfortunately when came to receipt of my new office chair I received less than 24 hours of notice from it being shipped to it arriving at my house. I was on holiday at the time - there was no option to arrange a different delivery date on courier (FedEx) tracking website. FedEx left my very large package containing the chair directly on my front door step on a busy public road, which I would not be able to receive for another 4 days when back from my break.

I emailed the office crowd crowd to request pickup of the parcel since I had not taken receipt and I had no was to guarantee it would even be there on my return. I got no response.

Fortunately the package was still there and not damaged by the days of rain, but for a £200 order this customer service is pretty appalling. Recommend avoiding if considering purchasing from here

We ordered a used Humanscale chair and received it nearly 3 weeks later which is longer than their website indicates but as the chair is such great quality and in perfect condition I really have nothing to complain about and would like to reassure anyone thinking of ordering that it is well worth the wait. Excellent value for a high quality used chair that really is as good as new. The Humanscale chair is so much better than a normal office chair and designed for comfort and is very adjustable.

I'm really pleased with the chair, but it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive - and that makes no sense. I was not aware when I ordered the chair that it would take this long. Chair is in good condition, only one slight mark on the seat, and is very comfortable (Human Scale, Liberty Task). Great value compared with buying a brand new one.... if only it had arrived a bit quicker!

Item arrived as described, in excellent condition. Really happy with the chair.

I can't talk about the quality of the product because 3 months after placing my order, I still haven't received it. A couple of apologetic emails followed by radio silence (for both emails & calls). I've now ordered my bank to commence recharge actions. It feels like they are severely understaffed and work with couriers not fit for purpose.

Ordered a lovely Knoll task chair from The Office Crowd. They reached out to let me know the item was undergoing re-refurbishment and would take an additional 2 weeks to arrive.

It was worth the wait. Almost brand new!

We all experience delivery delays - these guys handled it really well. Their comms are excellent.

I think they're quite a boutique operation because their service level is excellent compared with the bigger refurb sellers.

Order was so severely delayed it was no longer needed. Non existent customer service 'on holiday' when I wanted to cancel the order and get refunded. Would go to great lengths to never use this company again.

Ordered a chair early June. Waited the 10 days, no chair, called and spoke to a lady who apologised and said it would be with me following week. This promise went on for weeks. I asked for a formal complaint to be logged. No replies to emails. Still no chair! I requested a refund, you guessed it no refund so had to claim from my credit card company who were excellent. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Do not deliver and take your money. No communication. Worse customer service I have ever received

Overall good experience, delays were respected, the quality for the price is good and they are ok with discounts which is great. Maybe a bit softer material for armrests would be better for a greater experience

Took a month to arrive and I was about to cancel the order but then they dispatched it. Really pleased with the chair. It is very good.

Despite giving an order processing time of 1-2 weeks, this ended up being closer to 3 weeks and was a full 4 weeks till the chair was delivered. I had to chase up twice on the status of my order to find out what was happening. More could be done on communicating of delays.

As for the chair itself, it was as expected and in good condition, so no complaints there.
